Quoted online just under $600 for windshield replacement on a Tesla. Charged me $1200 when was time to pay. They had to recalibration that apparently cost $600 to do. Something is not right with safelite pricing.

First of all technician shows up please to replace the window, then it breaks the windshield wiper motor then he said he was going to call you to let you know what's going on then it takes up by the way the technician's name with Seth, manager calls to try to be down there at the store at a particular time you show up he's gone then you told me to be back in 20 minutes 30 minutes goes along nothing he said he is replaced the windshield wiper motor before text him an hour to do it then they can get the window clean you think they can least do that since they replace windows will not be using Safelite ever again
Oh I forgot to mention when I arrived I got I don't know he's not here and I don't know, how about this go and find it like a communication in that building is wonderful they tell you one thing and do another if I do go back to Safelite it won't be at that store I will let my insurance company now how is treated so they can use it for recommendation

Aweful company .. broken side window and want me to wait a full week with a unsecured car before they can possibly see me .. doesnt understand any level of urgency what so ever

worked with Ashley today who was able to squeeze me in and make my day so much better! then Jeffrey was so sweet and fixed my vehicle so quickly. making everything so much less painful with my 2 toddlers who were waiting with me in the lobby ❤️

Everyone is all about Safelite. For what???
My insurance said they’re a Preferred shop. I submitted a claim over a month ago. The day before my scheduled appt I received an email not a call saying my windshield was out of LA and it didn’t get here in time.
They would call me when my winshield arrived.
When I didn’t receive a call and 2 weeks went by.
I was told my winshield came in damaged? (Yea right sounds good). I drive a basic car 2023 kia Sorento. I’m sure there’s a windshield in the valley.
Still 6 weeks later cracked windshield with no call.

They broke my rear view mirror when replacing my windshield, and then played stupid when I called back a few weeks later to see if anyone was actually going to fix it.

I took my vehicle in to Safelite on March 13th for the rear glass replacement. During the repairs and removal of interior parts they caused nearly $5,000 of damage per 2 separate estimates from repair shops. I also tried to use the body shop that the manager Jason recommended but they refused to do the repair work or quote me on the price. Its been 2 weeks since I last heard from Jason the manager, and 5 months since the damages were caused. I'm left with no option but to escalate higher through Safelight corporate and share my experiences online to dissuade others from allowing their vehicles to be damaged, and then be ignored by the location. I need a resolution, and at the very least some communication or I will be forced to take the next steps. I am looking forward to someone from Safelite corporate contacting me to find an amicable resolution to this situation before the end of next week July 12th before I take the necessary next steps to be made whole by this failure to repair my vehicle, and failure to acknowledge the situation.

I had a rock chip my windshield really good this morning and they got me in by 3! They were so nice and so quick and efficient!
***EDIT::: had to go back again(a few weeks between), due to another rock being thrown into my windshield; i’ve had quite a hard week and JEFF took care of me so quickly, with empathy and with grace. truly GRATEFUL for him and THE WHOLE safelite team today!!
safe to say, im over driving on the highway!

Staff was nice at the but I waited there for 2 hours and left with a new cracked windshield because it had a stress Crack and they didn't even say anything I went to leave and seen it then had to wait a week to get it fixed.

If you have an Audi Q8 don’t bother with these guys. Just go to the dealer. Safe lite uses a cheap non OEM glass. It doesnt work with the sensors.

Final price was over $100 more than quoted. Technician never called before showing up said it was the offices job.
