I sent an email to Rucker on a Sunday morning to see if I could get my RV trailer bearings repacked this week. Neil emailed me and told me he couldn't do it until next week. I told Neil that I was taking the trailer to Tennessee on Friday and thanked him for his response. Shortly thereafter, Neil wrote me and told me to drop the trailer off Tuesday morning and he would find a way to get it done. I dropped it off and mentioned that if I could get it back Wednesday evening it would be appreciated. Neil told me that he would shoot for that. Tuesday evening I received an email from Neil that the trailer was ready to be picked up. All this and his prices were the best I found.Thank you so much, Neil. I really appreciate it!John

They did a stellar job with the install on my Nissan Frontier. So clean and well placed. All wiring done perfectly and no issues at all. Thanks guys!UPDATE: Been here 2 more times since 4 years ago and Neil is still the best in the business around here. I won't go anywhere else no matter what for anything to do with trailers and truck accessories for them.

After calling over 15 trailer repair places I was referred to Rucker's. Neil answered the phone and agreed to squeeze me in. He had it done in a day! Neil was clear on what needed to be done and he had all the parts for the repair. Neil clearly knows trailers. I am coming back to Rucker's every year for maintenance.

My travel trailer sustained damage to the frame and suspension during a recent trip. I had two leaf spring hangers seperate from the trailer frame and the frame itself become bent; all in all it was pretty mangled. The root cause was an under-engineered trailer frame and after some negotiation with the manufacturer, they agreed to cover the repairs under warranty. Luckily I found Neil and RTW to help me evaluate the work that needed to be done, get a detailed estimate, and get the job approved. After receiving approval from the manufacturer, I took the trailer to Rucker for the repairs. The job took a little longer than we both anticipated, but in the end RTW delivered a quality job and returned to me a trailer that was better and stronger than when it left the dealer lot a few years earlier. The final repair price was very close to the original estimate with only a small difference in the cost of parts; no games, just honest quality workmanship. I would definitely trust RTW with any trailer work in the future no matter how large or small of a job; this is my go to place from now on.

Had my fifth wheel hitch installed on Ram 2500. Neil was very attentive to what would be best on my truck. Was very open and honest on service hours required. Cost was very fair. Good family shop that you feel comfortable getting service. Definitely recommend for any type of trailer service.

The studs broke off of the hub on the rear axle of my toy hauler on my way back from Payson and lost a tire. We limped onto Mesa on 3 tires and didn’t know what to do. We stopped in at Little Dealer but they didn’t have the parts to help us out, but luckily they referred me to RTW. We called them and they could tell we were in a bad way. They had us come over and replaced the hub and installed my spare tire in about an hour. These guys are amazing and very customer friendly. We really appreciate everything they did for us. It’s good to know there are companies out there like RTW that go above and beyond to help out a customer in an emergency.Thank you RTW you are lifesavers.

We were traveling into town for AZ bike week from CA. My truck showed electric brakes on my two axle enclosed trailer kept disabling due to a problem. I contacted Neil at Ruckers and he agreed to check it out the next day. I had previously called three other shops who told me they had a 2 week wait. Neil fixed the problem with no issues. Long story short, thank you guys for a great job done!
