It's in a seedy neighborhood, so I wasn't surprised when the item I bought was stolen than resealed. They refunded my money, so it wasn't too much of a problem. Great customer service.

Excellent prices for stuff. For example: Their men's dress shoes are just as good as any stores shoes. Any dress shoe requires a good replacement insole. Their sports workout clothes are a wonderful value. I look great at the gym. Vist frequently, it may be gone the next day.

If merchandise such as shoes have scuff marks on them why can't you give a discount. I have to go home a clean a brand new pair of shoes I just purchased. Management needs to fix this issue. Upon request if shoes are scuffed they should be discounted. Other than that customer service was good.

This is a decent store. It's super busy, lots of shoppers, clean and fully stocked. I say that because I've been to a couple of locations that aren't fully stocked with merchandise. With the traffic this Ross has, they must receive some pretty big shipments.

Went her in hopes of finding my daughter a dress for her band concert. This store did NOT disappoint! Found a dress, shoes, new curling iron and a few other items for $50. We will be back! Thank you, very pleased with the shopping trip.

They should know that regardless of you know shopping at Ross and no average it is if they got to come across the person that I dealt with and that I am writing it for you in mind about they would probably be getting him five stars but she knows she's way better than five stars so I left those two blank just to remind her that she's the best regardless of how many stars people give her
