I love this place, Heidi and Mr. Joe are wonderful people. Very kind and genuine and have hearts of gold.

Katrina BlouinAssociate's are very helpful and friendly. The gym is very clean and there are many different types of exercise equipment to fit everyone's fitness abilities. There are also many exercise classes to attend for all types of people.
