OTR: Delivery M-F, 7a-5p. Overnight parking for one; outside of gate. Plenty maneuvering space. Tandems to Rear, high dock. Fast unload. Bathroom onsite during business hours.

Worst experience ever! Took a tire to get fix inexperienced employees where not able to remove tire from rim there excuse was tire was to old , en up damaging tire more and braking the air censor of the tire an was not inform, had to take it to another tire shop an they had no issues removing the tire an inform me that who ever try to remove tire initially broke the censor, reach out to them an inform them what they did, Miguel the manager told me they can put a censor on my tire but I did not trust them anymore an had already payed the other tire shop to fix it, so decided to take the censor to show them what they did, guy at the front desk said he would have Miguel the manager call me back as Miguel was at lunch never got a call back, DO NOT TAKE YOUR TIRES TO THEM! THEY HAVE ZERO EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Walked in said I needed 2 tractor tires. Was told he would be with me shortly. He was busy with customers so I understand. After finishing he proceeded to take customers that came in after me. Then took care of customers that just called in. Waited about 20 minutes and gave up. Might consider getting more counter help or taking care of customers in the order they came in. I understand you are hiring and would have waited longer but not knowing where I rate on his importance level getts frustrating.

Hudson was super helpful, even though they couldn’t fix my tire he offered to put my spare on there and then Shane and Ryan went above and beyond by removing my tire from the rim and making sure I got to a tire place safely. Thank you Hudson, Shane and Ryan!
