Have been coming to Roberts accounting for about 30 years he is always reliable and helpful. He is accurate! He always makes tax time easy and fun! Bob has a great sense of humor and is always fun to chat with! We will ALWAYS do our taxes through Bob!

My parents have been going here 15 years and myself the last 10 years. They are super helpful and available for questions when you have them. Simple office does the job great team 10/10 recommend.

Bob has done our taxes for a couple of decades and he is AMAZING. He is honest and knows his stuff. He is also extremely timely. Patrick his son/partner is also wonderful. So overall, I would definitely recommend them without hesitation!! They are the best.

I randomly called here to ask a question about the child tax credit since the irs website is no help and neither is the phone numbers provided. The man who helped me here was very helpful and kind. So I recommend this place.

These guys ripped me off. Took my money to do my business and personal taxes. They forgot to efile my taxes. I had to remind them after the deadline. Then after paying in full they did not do my business taxes. I tried for weeks to resolve the situation. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. And on two occasions he mixed up my information with someone else. On the first occasion I was given someone else tax information. The next he was going back in forth with me via email all day about me picking up my tax documents. Turns out. He had me mixed up with some one. I'm now forced to pay someone else to do my taxes that I'm currently late on. I'm so very upset. DO NOT GO. SAVE YOUR MONEY

I went to this person because I heard he was good, but after screwing up my 2015 taxes, I'll just do them myself through TurboTax.
He not only DID NOT list either of my dependents as college students to the tax credit, but miscalculated the self-employment tax as well on the forms.
Leading to an enormous amount owed to the IRS. He offered to amend the return, but I declined because after a $6000 mistake. I was already irritated enough.
Now I get to go through the lovely process of amending my return and delaying the FAFSA AND possibly cutting the financial aid of my children because of how long it takes for the IRS to process these things.
Words cannot express how livid I am with this situation.
