Great service! I've taken 2 vehicles and had great service both times. I feel like they did what they could to keep the fixes as cheap as possible since I was a cash customer and I appreciated the communication as well.

We were involved in a rear end collision and picked Roadrunner from Progressive's repair shop list. They were amazing! They let me know what the estimate would be and an estimated date of completion. We got our car back a week earlier than expected and it looks amazing, so happy with their work :)

Use this company for your collision repair. This is my second review, and its regarding them honoring their warranty, and the incredible integrity they have.
I had a head on collision 2 and a half years ago and took my truck (2021 Ford f150 powerboost) to roadrunner for the repairs. They did a fantastic job. Fast forward to now, I was driving one day and my hood unlatched itself and flipped up and caused some damage to the hood, and both front fenders. Luckily everyone was fine. I took it to Roadrunner and told them what happened, and let me tell you, they were as bewildered as I was. The striker somehow came unbolted, 2 and a half years after the repairs no less. Up to this point I hadn't had a single issue with any of the repairs or paint job, which was awesome. Well after they looked at it, no one could figure out how that could happen, especially with no warning whatsoever, and they told me they would fix it. I was totally shocked. I honestly thought i was going to get the run around, or them say sorry, it was so long ago, that it cannot be on us. They did not say that, they fixed everything and my truck looks perfect again. I am so amazed at the level of integrity they had in this situation. I will bring every vehicle that ever needs collision repairs to this business. I will also refer them to anyone I know. Not only is their work incredible, but they honor their warranty, even though it was an unexplainable thing that happened. I honestly don't know that most companies would have honored that, and they could have just said it was my fault or something. Great job you guys. You have a customer and advocate for life!

Just got my trucks rear bumper repaired here. The team was very helpful throughout the process, communicated well and had my truck done way ahead of schedule. Was greeted by name each time I walked in the door. Great place all around, nothing negative to say at all.
