Do not rent here unless you want to be raped by them. They are the shadiest business I have ever dealt with. I can't count how many new managers they have had in 5 years. They do not know what end is up from month to month. They increased my bill 4 times in 2023. Two I disputed and won. They sent me another increase for another 19.11%. I refuse to pay their rates. My bill has literally increased over 100% in the 5 years I have been with them. They offer the exact same unit I have to new customers for substantially less than what I am paying. Even to a new customer their rates are substantially higher than their competitors. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I was given the perfect unit and so far so good, they have a lot of customers who seem cordial ,my experience was great and I appreciate the staff working in the front office I'd refur a friend here any time

I went in to check out RightSpace today and see what their units were like, and the lady that was running the front office was so very kind and very helpful. I wish I could remember her name but I'm pretty terrible with remembering names. She went out of her way to take me around to see the different units I was interested in, ultimately lead me to renting out a unit with a pretty great deal, and I left feeling quite relieved.

The managers are the best and the place is clean great hours on gate access... but again the managers are great don't loose them they're part of why I stay and the prices great
