This storage unit just raised my rent 21.45% and I have to deal with people living in the unit above me. Are they going to steal my stuff? who knows. One time they spit toothpaste over the ledge and hit my car, at least they practice good hygiene for someone who lives in a storage unit. Now they are raising my rent from $281.88 to $342.35= NO THANKS, I will leave. The only reason Im not leaving 1 star is because the Manager, Dean, is a pretty nice guy!

Everything went well, filling out the paperwork online, then getting a call from the very helpful manager Dean, who answered my questions and helped me complete the paperwork and get my gate code and storage unit number.

I have no problem with the company Right Space Storage in itself I had the manager call me back right away actually right before he was about to close up for the nite which I really did Appreciate bc he took the initiative of calling me back to inform me my locker unit number , the gate code as well as all the further instructions that I may need that would be helpful while I was there visiting my storage shed however there were just a few things I didn't necessarily care for example it took me like 20m to find out how to get out of the damn place before realizing I had to follow the arrows pointing to where I needed to go and to follow it til I got to tbe number code machine to enter in my number and go. Lastly why can't it be open 24/7 bc I tell u what not only would it be easier for the people who have jobs, who get sick, who didn't have a ride, people that dont own a vehicle or cant drive bc of no license or car in the shop etc. so it would be extremely helpful and beneficial had your hours be 24/7 also lastly onr more thing if you were like that I can assure u more business would be coming your way. So something to think about. Just saying. Thanks!

The staff was as friendly and polite and professional as you could be!! He made sure that all my needs were taken care of and took the time to make sure my code worked and showed me the best way to access my storage unit !! He was awesome

I move my stuff into 10x5 and paid $40 a month back in 2011. In 2023, now I paid $100 a month. So it keep increasing 1 or 2 times a year. Dust can come in storage very easy. I notice few homeless sleeping in storage. And few break in. Go out the county, it lot cheaper than our county. Rental insurance cost about $12 extra. I recommend use lemonade app or website, get rental insurance cost $5 a month. It cover rental storage too

Dean is amazingly helpful and keeps the office, the units, and the rest of the property in top shape. Make sure you read AND FOLLOW the rules and guidelines he gives to you, or you will probably find yourself inadvertently sticking around for the night.Great place, great management, great prices and promo's.,.( Spring for the extra $10+ for a downstairs unit, no elevator only stairs)××Online deals××
