Pretty cool. Most items are bulk sizes of course. There's also restaurant equipment and other food items related to restaurants like paper napkins, storage bags, trash bags etc. Over all great experience. Our deep freeze is nearly over flowing now. You need a freezer if you're shopping here

I'm rating the store as a delivery driver Zaria helped me at the checkout and she had an amazing kindness about her. Vicki helped me find all of the items that were available on my list and she told me specifically where they were and even show me where the chef size honey was.

The brick-and-mortar location (Mesa) didn’t have my item (pasta pot with individual slots for baskets). However, in-house representative, Alejandra was above and beyond professional and attentive. I got the impression that she genuinely cared about helping me, the customer, as well as her job. Thank you, Alejandra!

Do everything you can to avoid this store. It is an absolute pit with miserable employees and awful customer service. Their return policy is very unfriendly. I’ve shopped here for years because I had no choice but I have discovered US Foods at chef store. Go there!! This store needs to be placed under new management to say the least.

Restaurant Depot sells things I need that other stores don't carry. That's why I go. Unfortunately, the lines to checkout are always LONG. Granted, I don't go first thing in the morning. However, if management sees there are consistently long lines in the afternoon, they should schedule more checkers or install self-checkout. It's one of the main reasons I avoid going. Also, the parking lot is littered with huge carts. I know it's the customers who are lazy and don't take their carts back. I bring mine back, and usually someone else's cart as well. When I brought them back today, there were two employees just standing there, casually talking right out front, not bothering to bring back any.There are a lot of improvements to be made concerning the shopping experience at Restaurant Depot. I used to love shopping there when it first opened. Now, I dread it.Photo is what it's like waiting in line....line all the way to the back of the store.

I like to get halal foods from Restaurant depot. I’ve been to these shops in many states. But never seen such rude staff like this location before.Also their pricing is ridiculous compared to what I’m used to.

I left upset, the staff at the front entrance were not concerned and were nonchalant. I spent over $450 and in between leaving the store going through the parking lot and into my car I lost a $30 knife that I had just purchased . The store should place smaller items in a bag. The concern could have been better, they could have offered a discount on purchasing another knife anything to show customer appreciation or even assistance on searching. The 2 stars are for the leg quarters. I also don’t like the non return policy. If I purchase something and it is spoiled I should be able to return it.
