Was in town from Houston TX and truck went into limp mode about half way through the drive for fuel pressure. Figured out it was the fuel pressure relief valve on my fuel rail, ended up here after SDHQ recommend them and they were able to get the part in and get me fixed up while I visited family and made the drive home without fuel issues.

They are open. Dont believe Google Maps. Brought my Colorado diesel in for a Def system code. Guys were able to fix right away. Great people to work with!

Reliable Diesel is just that........RELIABLE.......I have used them three times in the last six months....CP3 pump conversion......check engine light ( Glow plug )......Oil leak.....Wayne and Kenny had my Duramax repaired correctly, at a fair price.......Great service......FIVE STARS.......

Special thanks to Wayne and the crew over there at Reliable Diesel for taking good care of me and my first new diesel truck! Very honest and reliable! I dealt with Wayne and his customer service skills were excellent and exceptional from the moment I walked in the door! He took great care of me and my needs! I found my future home for all my diesel maintenance and Mechanic needs! He followed up and called me and updated me throughout the process! And I found out just how honest and upfront they were with me and they even saved me some money! Thanks, Wayne! You guys rock over there at Reliable Diesel! Two thumbs up 👍 👍

I was recommended to come here, so I did for the first time just to get an oil change. I came home and the next day I noticed an oil leak on my driveway. I brought it back to make sure nothing was damaged and knowing that it most likely just a residual oil from the oil change. Apparently they’re supposed to power wash after an oil change and they didn’t. They cleaned and rechecked and figured everything is ok. My issue is that they got defensive and argumentative with me. Telling me that people always come there and claim that there was no oil leak and now it’s there to get free diagnosis. I had to listen to this guy talk for like 20plus minutes and I can’t even respond to him talking away. I am an honest person and I got accused of trying to blame them for an existing oil leak from my truck. Needless to say, this place was recommended to me, I tried, but I will NEVER COME BACK!!!

Have been coming here for a few years. We are full -time RVers and spend winters here. These guys are always accommodating and do good work at reasonable price. They are great at pointing out issues to me that they find while doing oil changes. Have found some things that could have been dangerous if let go. The only place I would take my truck while here in Arizona.

It took a week before I could get my truck in, their that busy, which indicates a very a high volume of diesel vehicle owners trust and know they can be relied on. When I got in they had my problem diagnosed and repaired the next. I've used them in the past and always drove away satisfied with their work.Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and of course "Reliable".

Was recommended this shop from a shop that shouldn't have done the work in the first place. Reliable Diesel took very good care of the truck and fixed the real problem at a fraction of the first shop. Yesterday was our second visit and couldn't be more impressed. No appointment to diagnose. They just came out and looked at the truck. They had the part on hand and had it done by the end of the day. Everyone was helpful, explained everything, and was not over priced. I highly recommend Reliable Diesel to anyone that wants quality work.

Took my truck in 4 weeks ago I returned from a trip truck had not been touchedI took it in for a low coolant alert they finally called and said it was the oil cooler was bad and had to replace it at a total price if $1300 dollars they called on the 1st of October. That it was ready. On the second went in to to pick it up. It WAS NOT READY THEYTOLD ME IT MIGHT BE READYLATER IN THE AFTERNOON THAT DIDNT HAPPENON THE THIRD I GO IN TO GET IT. MUCH TO MY SUPRISE I GET A bill for $ 1457.06Their front desk people were very RUDE THOUGHT THEY WERE CUTE WITH THEIR SMERKIE SMILES AND ACTIONS.I have had them do other work on my truck before I had to take it back two times to have them redo the repairs which they said that was all that needed each time I took it back I was charged additional amount over what I originally paid them their guarantee is they were reliable I would definitely not go back or recommend them to anyone they care not for their customers or their workBe careful and aware of them and their people VERY RUDE. THERE ARE TO MANY GOODSHOPS OUT THEREI CAME THROUGH THERE DOORS TRUSTING THEM AND LEFT TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

I wouldn't recommend this place. I was told they would do new return lines for an extra $200 but later learned that was for new return line bolts and gaskets. Since I didn't supply any return lines they put a used set on that leaked and flooded my crankcase with diesel and leaked about a gallon of diesel mixed with oil on my driveway as soon as I got home. There was also a few sensors left unconnected and they put a different fuel filter housing on that also leaked. I had it towed back and they said it was a bad injector. I had the injector sent back to manufacturer for testing and they confirmed injector was good. Reliable diesel refused to accept their mistake and charged me Another $1600 to fix my truck again. I was not pleased with service I received. Most of the staff were friendly, but owner refused to accept his tech made a mistake and cut corners.
