Ok my experience here was night&day from yesterday at discount tire on baseline & Gilbert. I walked in 4p on Sept 21 to replace the 2 tires I was unable to get replaced (see baseline & Gilbert posting Sept 20). It has just rained and it was very busy. There were about 5-6 people sitting in lobby waiting so I thought I'd be there till closing. There was one guy helping a customer at counter a long sleeved red shirted guy (maybe a manager). I was next in line but as soon as I walked in the line, another employee immediately came from the back to help me. He was a white guy named Emerson I believe. I told him about the situation, but unfortunately tires I wanted were not in stock so it cost me $40 extra for suitable replacements, which was ok. We went out to my car to get mileage and vin and he took my order shortly afterward. He said it be about 1h 15m which was fine. I opted to not have tired rotated and later had to go back up to counter for it. Emerson was about cool and added it no charge. He was very professional and overall seemed like he enjoyed being there honestly. Actually, one of the first things I noticed was the diversity of this location and consistency of employee professionalism and attentiveness to other customers which is always nice to see. After the baseline & Gilbert fiasco, I wasn't sure what to expect really... Here the employees weren't trying to rush customers or being annoyed at helping them all. I think I sat there like 30-35m til my car was done! So I was able to get appt level speed & quality service as a walk-in at country club location which I couldn't buy at baseline & Gilbert location the other day. They didn't even wanna take my money... Hey discount tire on country club, good job and keep up the great work: taking care of your customers and treating them all fairly...even on busy, rainy days.

If you have an app to get in line and you're first in line . I believe the staff should check their computer prior to coming outside and address the app people first and not simply address someone that push they way to the front. Poor customer service I have been a loyal customer of discount tire for over a decade.

Came in for a low tire and ended up buying a whole set lol Thanks Enrique for the great service! I was helped right away and my car was ready in a timely manner.

It doesn't matter if you make an appointment or come in right when they open, you will never be able to wait for your vehicle for any type of service here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but their turnaround time is absolutely terrible. Plan to drop your vehicle off for the day if you get a service here.

Had a flat on my 12-inch trailer tire driving from CA to FL. Dustin was sensitive to our time schedule and frustration over the tire. He got us in and out of there quick and it wasn't expensive. Thanks Dustin!

The turnaround service was acceptable. You have to wait outside, standing in line, in the mist of Arizona heat. I notice about 10 seniors waiting on line without a chair, nor water. No accommodations for seniors waiting on this heat. They have amble room inside to split and crate a space with ac, chairs and water. Horrible scene watching these seniors struggling. Shame on you discount tire.

Ordered wheel and tire that was supposed to come in on Friday. Wheel was delivered but no tire. FedEx driver told us that it couldn't be delivered Friday due to an "issue" at this store location, so the same driver tried to deliver it Monday. Discount subsequently declined delivery of the tire Monday and it was finally delivered today. Not only were we not given tracking information for the product we ordered, but we also had to call (daily) for updates to chase down the tire. If my fiancé hadn't gone in person to this location today, we would have never known the tire was there. Additionally, Discount charged us a $20 installation fee for mounting, balance, and air but only mounted the wheel and did not provide the other installation services because "their truck wasn't working so they couldn't put air in." Not only are we going to have to take the tire elsewhere to get it fully installed, we are also out $20 for a service that wasn't fully provided. When discussing concerns with the representative, he became argumentative and was not willing to refund the $20 installation fee. After spending $750+ with your company on one tire and wheel, you'd think the customer service would be up to par. All around poor customer service and reliability at this location. I would recommend any other Discount location over this one on Country Club and Baseline. Beware.

BEST TIRES OUT THERE! They always have great deals on tires, also the warranty they have can't be touched with other competitors! And that's why we trust discount tires over anyone else. I don't understand how there is even other companies out there? There is no other place I trust with my tires on my beautiful care than discount tires. Don't go anywhere else.

Lied the availability of my selected tires. Went in on Thursday, tires were ordered and an appointment for 3:30 Friday was set for mounting. Received at call the next morning and was asked if I would be able to come in at 12:30! So props for early install of the tires. Great service and the ride is terrific with my six Cooper AP3 tires for my Dodge Ram dually truck!

I bought 4 new tires today and was very impressed with the friendly staff, great price, timely and quality service. I definitely would recommend this location to all my friends and family! Came here to get my air checked on my tire. The service guy told me he was worried about me driving on my tire. He told me he would put my spare on if I didn't have time to wait. I checked my tire and saw the tread completely coming off! I went into the service office. Was greeted and told they would be right with me. I was offered a water. Juan immediately helped me and checked my tire. Found out when I got my latest oil change threw another company they rotated my tires. And it just happened to be my tire I had replaced by another discount tire. Juan reassured me he would investigate and took care of me. He found a reasonably priced tire for me. And even had my tires rotated. The place was busy, so there was a 40 min wait. But while I was waiting I was offered water twice. Which I appreciated since it was 115* outside. I would definitely recommend coming back to this location. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

This Discount Tire store is the Best tire store I have ever been to. From the time you pull up and sign in to the time you leave everything goes so smoothly. They are so organized and super friendly every worker there I spoke with or heard talking to other customers was super nice and very informative. They explain everything until you understand completely and do not push you to spend more money. They get you in as quick as they can and do not waste time standing around. I watched them go from one car right to the next. I was so impressed. I wish I could give them 10 stars, they deserve it. Thanks guys

This is the best tire place! Specifically this location! I have been to other places that will brush me off, do a sub-par job, or try and get extra money out of me for stuff that is not necessary. But this place seems to have my best interests in mind, and they do a great job! I love this location, and I'll never go anywhere else again.
