Got a vehicle from them about 4-5 years ago wasn’t able to drive it a full year . It broke down many times before we even got to the 1 year mark of having a vehicle with them . Every time we took it back there to get fixed they acted as if things were fixed and then we found ourselves back in the same position. Warranty never existed either . Had to take it back to them many times to fix things that were just a temporary fix .Now until this day we are still stuck with this vehicle making payments and it’s still not drivable . I do NOT recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from here . Save your time, money and your credit. Have had. To replace just about everything on this vehicle and pay out of our own pockets since we have got this vehicle. The front lights , radio, windows , tires, fuel pump , windshield wiper fluid tank ,starter multiple batteries and now the the transmission. We have been stranded many times due to this vehicle purchase .All of this within the first year and lingering up until now . We take and took great care of the vehicle as well with routine maintenance. This was never our issue to begin with Red Mountain Auto was only worried about getting the sale and getting the vehicle off of their lot ! Customer care was never their concern . I am very disappointed in this vehicle purchase and my family has dealt with a lot of stress behind this and still dealing with it . So No I would never recommend doing business here . They do not care and it will be a waste of your money and time.

I love that Tim at Red Mountain Motors is my car guy. I have bought several cars from Tim and have had him do repair work on other cars. He has been honest with me and told me when to spend the money and when not to spend it. I have never felt overcharged. I love to recommend Red Mountain Motors

The Home of No-Hassle
I met Tim, the owner of Red Mountain Motors, over a year ago when I was selling a vehicle. Though the car ended up being sold to someone else, what struck me was Tim's honesty. I vowed to remember him when and if I ever needed a vehicle. Fast forward to 2024, and I had that opportunity. Walking into Red Mountain Motors on Memorial Day was a breath of fresh air. From the colorful mural on the wall, the clean and bright office area, and the friendly personnel, our experience was top-notch and definitely no hassle. I brought in two problem children, a van and a jeep that had caused me nothing but problems over the last two years. I was looking for a vehicle that could serve my needs both personally and professionally. At the same moment that I began talking to Tim, the owner, a new car on the lot was being taken for a test run by his brother. That drew my attention to the vehicle. It was a 2010 Toyota Rav4. Having always bought Amercian before, I didn't know what to expect. Tim sang the praises of Toyotas as reliable cars. ( And later, I was pleasantly surprised that my wife found an article online, written in 2021, mind you, that was titled: "Here's What Makes The 2010 Toyota RAV4 The Best Used SUV To Buy.”) We took the car for a short test drive and were sold. Tim offered me a fair price as a trade-in for my problem children, and after a few hours of paperwork, I drove off the lot with my 'new' 2010 Toyota Rav4. Tim is friendly and highly professional; his wife, Darla, is so sweet, and Bryan loves to chat and kick back. We felt very comfortable in their environment. I was offered drinks and cookies while there, and we never felt we were in their way. Overall, the experience was positive. Since then, we have recommended Red Mountain Motors to three other people, one of whom has already contacted them.
