The $8 “Basic Wash” is pretty pointless and is the equivalent of shooting a hose at your car for 30 seconds. The towels are barely damp and one of the hoses was broken. I’ll be looking elsewhere!

I travel all over the valley to see my hospice patients and I'm so beyond happy to have unlimited washes with such great staff. Hans helped me wipe the inside of my windshield today since I couldn't reach. I'm always impressed. They have clean towels, strong vacuums and sprayers to get all the crud off and out of my ride.

I get that they want to upsell and make a commission. Don't give me dirty looks inside eyes when I don't want it. Don't continue to try to upsell me when I've said no several times. They're $8 car wash is useless. He made me point out what the cheapest one is on his paper instead of just giving me"the cheapest one.". Pretty condescending.

Attendant is extremely pushy and tries to get you to sign up for the monthly subscription. When you tell him no thank you, he will ask 5 other ways, then curse at you under his breath as you proceed to get a car wash. Highly unprofessional.

WARNING!!! Took my truck here for a wash and the machines malfunctioned and scratched my truck. I filed a report with them they said they take care of it. I got a call back from there rep Robert and he was supper aggressive about not fixing the scratches. He kept saying that from the look of it doesn’t seem like it came from there machines. I told him repeatedly that I’m a monthly paying customer and I’ve never seen those scratches before. he stated that there is nothing he can do about it in a super rude manner, this place is a money grab they don’t care about your vehicle at all. He even said he reviewed the camera but wouldn’t show me the incident just kept being shady. Just know we are locals and we’ll make sure the people of Gilbert know how you guys operate.
