I stopped by to get something from the kitchen on 6/1 around 8:30 pm. I ordered a sandwich, but as soon as my order popped up, the guy in charge of making orders made it obvious he was angry about my order being placed. He walked off the floor with clear frustration and slammed the door open as he walked in. I didn't bother waiting for the food I ordered. Don't want to be eating a hate filled sandwich lol

Wanted to get an orange cream slushie... Pulled the handle for 1 second and it came out watery as hell. Decided to take a sip to see if I could look past how it was almost completely water. Ended up throwing it away cause it was disgusting. They tried to get me to pay for a sip of watery sugar. Telling me I wasn't allowed to get a "full" cup. If I didn't have my fiance with me I would've paid because of the way he treated me.

The air pump is always out of service, half of the time the soda fountains are out of order, bathrooms dirty, floor dirty, and bad customer service.

Overall a clean store, competitive prices, and always a quick trip to get in/out. Love the fountain drinks and snacks as well.

I shop at multiple qt locations around the valley everyday and I usually have great customer service and I constantly leave good reviews when I do. Unfortunately Nita gave me bad customer service tonight as I brought a receipt in from 5 days ago from a sandwich that had a hair in it.I’ve had several problems with other sandwiches from other stores over the last 2 weeks where the sandwiches didn’t have all the ingredients they were suppose to. I told her I talk to somebody and they told me just to bring in the receipt.I asked her if a Jesus worked here and she said no so I said OK must have been a different store from one of the other sandwiches I returned. Nita was giving me a look as if I was trying to scam her over five dollars.Now maybe I could understand if I showed up looking like a bum or some other reason as to why she would be judging me before she even knows me however she didn’t believe what I was saying before I even finished my explanation.I told her it’s been five days because I didn’t have access to a vehicle until now, she told me to call Justin tomorrow. Like I said, I’ve had great experiences at the other stores, even when having issues with other sandwiches I had, and having to return them I was given no judgment or problem getting a refund which I always end up using the money there and buying some thing there with the money anyways.All I know is somebody needs to teach Nita how to respect people and not to be judging them. If you don’t believe someone that’s fine you can tell them to call your manager the next day but you don’t have to have that look on your face or the tone in your voice that says that you think the person is lying or just trying to scam you because that’s exactly what she did and it was very rude.

Horrible service from the young lady working Friday night on the 9th of June refused to charge me the correct price for a refill and gave me and my fiancé disgusting attitude when we come in every single night with the exact same order!!! No other employee has ever had a problem with it. Spend over $300 a week here. Circle k will now be getting our money

11pm May 2, walk in cashier (asian fellow) eating and on his cell phone, I purchase a fountain pop and water and 2 donuts,I tell him it's a water along with it, he then charges me a pop for the water and says too bad.No greetings when entering, rather a Hard Stare as if I'm intruding...

The men's restroom had the aroma of a gut pile mixed up with a port-a-john, the drink area floor was like walking a coat of molasses, and the tea stationes were empty along with multiple drink heads out of order. QT used to be my goto, and it's not just this location, it's more and more around the Mesa area!
