I can't believe I have it reviewed was QuikTrip before! We are here a couple times a day their Pizza is amazing, they have an awesome selection of frozen drinks and refrigerated drinks and snacks and everything they make in their hot food kitchen is to die for you have to try the pineapple ice cream and you have to try the croissant BLT with cheese

Kitchen here rocks!
They get the order correct every time and it's done by the time I get there. ( I always order in the app)... Anyways I appreciate that and the guys here are always super friendly. That's why I took the time to write the review
Now if they could just fix the neighborhood it's located in ??? just kidding but I swear that's The reason for some of the piss poor reviews

OMG I can't believe I literally just took a Lyft up here too Qt to get some crushed ice like I have to have my crushed ice so I walk over to the vending soda machine and the worker is cleaning spraying chemicals all over the machine area saying that it's going to be a little bit over 15 minutes or so and I have really bad news and they don't even have any tables for me to wait this really just made my freaking night ? I did not come all the way over here for my health come on I definitely should've went to Sonic all the way up here for nothing

Marisol was excellent! I went to another QT location and they gave me the incorrect cigarettes and I found out after I left the store and I immediately went back in and was told since I had already walked out of the store they couldn't help me or even do an even exchange for the correct cigarettes. I ordered Camel Menthol Silvers and was given Camel Menthol's.. May sound the same, but not the same at all. Thank you so much Marisol for having the excellent customer service and exchanging those for me instead of me just having to throw them away. Also, the kitchen at this location is always on point and so kind/courteous. Literally my "Go-To" Quik Trip for their excellent customer service and great attitudes towards their customer base.

I was just there and got kicked off the property!!!!I walked there for a coffee and some cigarettes. I was on the phone with my bank and sat down on a curb to wait for my daughter to pick me up.An employee told me to leave. He said I couldn't loiter. What is considered loitering these days?Is this world not accessible to someone on foot?I had to handle my business with the bank while walking in noisy traffic. It was horrible.I was a paying customer. I was planning on a second cup. My daughter filled her tank from this place a few hours later.Absolutely horrible.

QT is the only convenience store I go to anymore. I literally will pay more for gas here just to utilize their facilities and or purchase some of their Items. They have the best customer service, you can tell they are trained on the customer experience.

Friday 11/10 afternoon one of the clerks erroneously put a prepaid credit on the wrong pump, as I began to fuel after inputting my card, a young man came out and informed me of the situation. I said I would be inside to reimburse them for the amount of THEIR mistake. As I entered, I was greeted by a short white male who began to yell at me that “I have to pay for the gas”, which is what I went inside to do. The short white man made a scene and acted with a lack of professionalism. I have never be mistreated so poorly for someone else’s mistake. I refuse to use quicktrip single handedly because of this horrible experience. Additionally, the short white man had several other people upset at him, probably because of his poor behavior and multitude of mistakes.

So today I'm having some tire problems I go to keep all the time I know they have free air I've been to five of them. Another air works on any of it. When did they stop giving out the free air?

Order both a protein bowl and biscuits and gravy half the food still comes out cold and then you pay for them to add sausage but nope they don't give it to you. Last time I will spend money at this location not so good equipment or staff also took them over 30 minutes to make it for it to be cold still.

I will say this that I'm extremely impressed on how exceptional the bathrooms at this location or compared to other QT stores I see regularly. A+for cleanliness. A+ for customer service as well. The manager for the store is always extremely nice
