Lisa was very prompt and arranged same day service when my garage door broke. I was highly impressed by the technician Vinny. He came in and took care of business lickety-split! He handled the garage door like it was a pizza pie and made it look so easy! He realigned my door, replaced the track on one side, and put all new vinyl rollers on, and even added a foot step to help open and close the door easily. I am so grateful for the competent, prompt, and professional service! Vinny deserves a raise big time! Absolutely awe inspiring!

We have been using Quality Overheard Doors for years. They are quick to get someone out, reliable and the techs are always very knowledgeable. We just had Vinny service our doors and he was fantastic! He was able to take care of everything we needed even in the high temperature.Quality Overhead Door is fortunate to have him!

Customer service is second to none! I got home 6:30 pm and garage door wouldn't open. Called at about 6:45 and left voice mail. Phone rang and Lisa from Quality Overhead Door was returning my call! She asked if she could call at 7 am when she will be in the office. I'm still in shock that she is talking to me after hours at 7 pm. She called promptly at 7 the next morning and Nate rolled up at 9am and fixed my problem and even did some extra reinforcements on garage door that I wasn't aware of. These are people that care about doing a good job and taking care of their customers. I highly recommend this company.

I made a d*** mistake and backed into my garage door Friday morning. Luckily I could get it up fully. It seemed to only real damage that bottom bracket. I got the door up, took the bracket off and ran into Quality Overhead Door. *NOTE: They explained if I hadn't had the door all the way up taking that bracket off would have been really dangerous.They located the part, but explained that because I had taken it off, the tension spring was compromised, etc and immediately offered a service call with Craig. He was at my place very quickly. It took him under a half hour to replace my bracket, and fix my door. No extra charges, no lollygagging time away. Done and Done. Lisa in the office was great. I was able to do a payment over the phone. THEY SAVED MY WEEKEND. Highly recommend.

I worked with LauraTo get a quote for my garage door. She Is knowledgeable and detail oriented. She also did everything that she could to help me save money including going to Home Depot to order from them so that I can take advantage of specials. I did not wind up ordering the door because Clopay is so far behind on their orders, but Joanie, the President, Reached out to find out if my project was still active. To me that means that they review their order status on a regular basis to ensure that things are getting done and no one fell through the cracks. I will certainly do business with them in the future.

Quality Garage Door Company promptly came out to estimate and explain my options in replacing the old garage door. The new door price was very reasonablealong with the upgrades requested . ( insulation, insect proof extra duty bottom door closure band ,jack hammer side motor and magnetic assessories to accent the door . Miss Joanie and the crew were professional , courteous and did a Great Job on the garage door Installation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
