Chris and Caroline are great. Caroline handled the scheduling of my windshield replacement and she was amazing with her communication and scheduling. The replacement went so smooth & looks awesome (they actually gave me my car back better then I left it- Chris got some road grime off my vehicle for me!), and they were extremely professional. The calibration company they worker with, whom I did not see, also did great. I totally trust them and will always recommend and come back to them when needed. Five stars all the way! Thank you so much!

Between the service line, Caroline, and the actual service man, Chris, I had no issues whatsoever with getting in contact to have my windshield and passenger right window replaced. Caroline was quick to help schedule a time for Service, and Chris only took 50 minutes to replace both windows and even clean up the shattered glass from my right passenger window. Everything is working well, and was properly installed as my new windshield isn’t even whistling as they sometimes do if installed improperly.

The name says it all. Quality Glass Service is a family owned business that does business the old fashion way. I can't say enough good things about this company. We have had other companies do work for us in the past and it was always a challenge. Either they missed their appointment time or tried to install a cheaper foreign made glass. I had to replace my back window on my Mercedes and wasn’t sure who to call. I’m so happy I called this company. They were professional from the woman who took my call to schedule me right away w/ my insurance to Chris who came out to do my replacement. Everything was timely and done perfectly. I was impressed with the professionalism of Caroline calling my insurance company to help get my cracked windshield replaced at no out of pocket cost! We had Quality Glass Service replace our windshield and one of our side windows that got shattered. They were so easy to deal with and quick to communicate. The job was done quick and done very well. We’ll be using them in the future for any auto glass replacement. Highly recommend!

They were absolutely the best and easy. We scheduled the appointment they came on time and even saw I was missing something a cowl piece and went through insurance to see if they approve new pieces and then came back to install!!!
