THEY LIED THEY THAT THEY WORKED ON MY CAR. Set up an appointment with them for tire rotation and wheel alignment , dropped off the car 1 hour after they opened and didn't get my car until 5pm when they closed. Was told there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I called at 4:30 to check on it and guy said there was still a truck ahead of me then they'll work on my car. He said he will have my car done before they close, that's 30 minutes while still having 1 car ahead of me. They called me at 5 to tell me it's ready. I showed up , guy said they checked the car and their system said everything was fine. I asked for the report of the alignment and then the guy said that he can't show me one because they just got a brand new printer that same day I showed up and it's been giving them issues. I'm driving home and my car is still swaying to the right. That shows that the car still needs alignment and everything is not ok. Got home and checked my tires, they didn't do the rotation either. Don't waste your time with this bad service and management. Go to another location. I went to another location the next morning and they did fix the alignment and rotated my tires in 2 hours. Speedy service on a Saturday, can't beat that! Guys in the back were professional and approachable. The young lady up front was very nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning!

Brittany was a pleasure to deal with on the phone and in person. She/they took care of a nail in my wife's car's tire. They were quick and friendly. GREATLY appreciate her getting me in. I will look at these guys for tires when the time comes.

Very frustrated with this location. Bought a set of tires last year. Month later a valve stem popped. I thought it was odd but figured no big deal things happen. I was next to a Discount Tire and they fixed it for free. 2 weeks later another pops. I went back to Big Brand that time and asked why they weren't changed when I bought the new tires. They apologized but had to be convinced of the need to replace ALL the stems. They felt it was a fluke that 2 had popped and didn't see a need to replace the 2 unpopped ones. After some discussion they agreed and replaced them all. Fast forward to this month. I needed new tires again (I drive A LOT). Got new tires 2 weeks ago. Low and behold yesterday... a valve stem popped again. I made it to another Big Brand location and they wanted to charge me $40 to replace them, even though they should have been replaced as part of the new tire replacement 2 weeks prior. I've given them a fair amount of business over the last 3 years but sad to say that relationship is now over.
