First time I took the car there I was happy with them, I believe the price was fair but then you go next time thinking that they are going to treat you the same way but nope, they were just trying to get your business. When I went the second time to recharge my ac on my versa which was still blowing some cold air) and when I was waiting for it I noticed that after he pumped it with freeon the first time the ac kept blowing hot air, the person who was working on my car didn't know what was going on so the other mechanic who only spoke Spanish started telling him what he needs to do then they finished and charged me $220, I felt it was too high but I didn't say anything...the ac was cold and great but it felt heavy when I turn it on then after a month it started to blow not so cold air and gradually the air started becoming hot so I took it to him and the first thing he told me you know I have to hook it to the machine to check for leaks and that is going to be 160$...so I told him thank you and I left. I am writing this review and I know Karma is Going to return the favor.

Went here to get an alignment and the 2 workers there didn’t want to get my car in. They were more focused on their phones then to work on the alignment. My car isn’t lowered but they said it was and they don’t work on cars like mine. It’s a bmw. lol.

It took a while for the shop to take in my car for one reason or another, I don't know if it was just bad luck or poor timing on my part. Either way though, dude who runs the shop is super chill and they get work done real fast for fair prices. I definitely plan on coming back here, super respectable shop.

I was driving by and had a concern that something in the suspension might be damaged. I pulled in and they check it out immediately. Everything turned out fine. It took maybe 10 minutes and they refused payment. I really appreciated the honesty and they gave me some helpful advice and suggestions. Of course I tipped, they deserve to be paid for their expertise.

I came in after trying twice other repair places that could not remove lugnuts . I called David he assured me he could remove them just would take some time . It took him 15min to do what I had been waiting hrs and other places. Phoenix Rising is the best. Wish I could give 10 stars saved me a ton of money

Would highly recommend PhoenixRising. Thermostat went out on my 17 Colorado and 2 chevy dealerships and another independent shop quoted me $1,400 to replace the Thermostat and coolant temp sensor. PhoenixRising not only replaced both parts for alittle under $350 out the door, I also got it back same day. Great service and no ridiculous dealer markup. I do highly recommend them and would give then more than 5 stars if I could.

Brought my 1995 Yukon in to get an inspection done, have new door lock actuators and window regulators replaced. Unfortunately being the truck is older (and not a big collector model) some of the parts were harder to track down. But they looked under every stone to find the right parts, they even rebuilt part's when replacements weren't available. They kept me in the loop as far as progress, and contacted me to approve any work before they started it. Now this old tank is back to daily driving duties.
