Very rude people work at this Petco at Riverview Purchased some pet treats are dog didn’t like . Brand new all we wanted was to exchange them. It was purchased on our debit card. They would not exchange them. Very bad customer service . We had to wait 15 minutes for manager to come up to tell us that. From now
on, we’re taking our business elsewhere.

I was feeding whole hearted a Petco brand so I figured getting vital care rewards would be a good idea. Wrong! no special care and you’re stuck with it for a year. Fish and plants from there die as soon as you bring them home. . groomers are condescending-refuse service for no reason. ever since Emily left my dog doesn’t want to go in anymore. Last straw was buying dog food with my rewards total was $0 but my card was still authorized for $50 “in case of a substitution” one week later it still there and customer service won’t do anything about it…. Needless to say I switched my 5 dogs to a different brand of food that they love. Bye Petco

This location is 10 minutes away from my house, but I have come here twice, the first time the person in charge refused me the bath and haircut service because my pet was dirty and had long hair and told me that I should go to the vet and have him cut the dog's hair.
The second time she refused me the service again because my pet had some marks around his eyes because he usually cries a lot, she sent me to the vet again. 😐
Terrible experience, she doesn't want to do her job, she wants the pets to be clean and with short hair to do a service that they no longer need and charge 100 dollars.
Fortunately Petco on E Guadalupe Rd did the service and my dog looks incredible!!!

It took full three trips around the entire store to get someone to help. Items say online it’s in stock and yet nothing in store was in stock. I’m really displeased with my visit. Staff was rather rude to me and uncommunicative.

I've been coming here for years to get my Dazy groomed. They've recently initiated a policy that nobody even knows what it really is and they refused to groom Dazy today because of a medication she's on. If you have an elderly dog on any type of medication, don't bother stopping here just go somewhere else!
