I made an appointment and took my pup to the self wash a few weeks ago at the Power & McDowell location . The girl working there was very sweet, informative, and kind. There was another person who walked in at the same time as my appointment and she made sure that since I had made the appointment I went first. It was very clean and cute inside. The self wash area was wonderful. The large basin with the steps for dogs made it so much easier than trying to wrestle my new pup in the kitchen sink or bath tub at home and the sprayer/ hose was awesome. They had every thing I needed right there to give my puppy a good scrub and provided towels and dryers to dry her off with after. I would and have recommended that other people go there and do the self wash it's much easier than doing it at home.

Emily at the Point 22 Blvd store in Mesa, AZ is SUPER knowledgeable and kind. She makes you feel like your pet is the only one in the world. She has great suggestions for food, snacks, and toys for the breed you have. Pet planet has high quality products and staff

I usually love Pet Planet. We've only ever been treated well and received great customer service. Today was very different. I walked in with my two dogs with a nail appointment I had made online. The woman immediately told me I had made my appointment incorrectly by making a small dog appointment. She went on to tell me why I had made the wrong appointment saying they had different rooms and so forth. I checked my email and I had said that my dogs were over 40lbs. Not once did she assure me they would get in anyway. Finally after repeating my mistake several times to me and making sure I was aware I messed up she said that it would just be a small wait and they would get them in. I am rarely a Karen or pushed to the extent of frustration she pushed me to. In the end my dogs got right in and there was no issue. My husband walked in at some point and was shocked to see me so upset. Like I said at the beginning, I usually love the store and have only encountered extremely friendly people. This was a much different experience and I hope to go back, but to never see her again.

Yanna and Reagan were amazing as they helped me navigate the healthier dog foods in the store. My dog has special needs and they went through all the options, cheerfully explaining everything and running all over to show me various treats, kibbles, and toppers. I'm beyond impressed. I will be going back.

This pet store is great! The staff is very knowledgeable. They helped me pick a healthier dog food and a carseat restraint. They have a variety of treats and a pet wash station. We will definitely shop there again!

I visited this store a couple weeks ago in search of some shampoo for my sensitive-skinned pup. Received excellent customer service but the kicker is that I just got a follow up call from them asking how my shampoo was working out for us. I don’t think I have EVER had a store call me weeks later to follow up on my purchase. Absolutely incredible! I know my fur babies will be in good hands when we visit!

Friendliest & most helpful staff & owner! Good prices & excellent selection of better pet foods for sure. I bring my dog here for nail trims & it has been good so far. Will recommend this store for your pet needs.

I Was at the grocery store next door, on 7/10/20, and thought I'd run in really quick to see what kind of long-lasting chew treats they had for sale. It was my first visit and I can't wait to return. I very impressed with the salesperson's knowledge of the products and strong desire to help me find products that were of interest to me. He asked several questions about my pets to determine the best options and choices. I am now a huge fan of this store and am looking forward to spending a lot more time shopping here for my four dogs. The store was so well organized, very clean and offered a wide range of different products that were unique and high quality. The salesperson (a young guy) was very attentive, knowledgeable, professional, mature and very focused on customer service. I absolutely will be back (going tomorrow actually, hoping to get nail trimming done) I am so glad I walked in here today on a whim.

what an awesome pet store!!! the owner is so friendly and her staff of just as amazing! they're so knowledgable and genuinely care about the health of your pup (or animal). the dog food i get is $4 CHEAPER than amazon. this is an amazing pet store and i will never go anywhere else!!! thank the heavens for this place :) they genuinely care and it makes me so happy - so tell all your friends and come visit. swear you'll never look back.

Conveniently located by the 202.Super friendly staff.I have a Chow, and this made it so much easier than using a hose in the yard.Nice warm water, good shampoo and conditioner!!!Washed and dried in under a half hour!!!
