Some of the worst customer service ever experienced. Jackie the manager was absolutely no help and LIED. And Mia the regional manager continually ignored my emails and phone calls. I've been a customer of pet planet for over 5 years, spent thousands of dollars, donated every Christmas, and was treated horribly. Worst thing is that management didn't care and I had to keep trying to reach them.

This store has everything I need for my pet. Prices are good - on par with other retailers, including Amazon. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

They carry great products. Staff is kind, knowledgeable, and attentive (but not overly) Bonus is that if your pet doesn't enjoy a new food you have an option to return it

We called ahead and made an appointment for the washing station and had an awesome experience. Super convenient, cheap to use and the staff members were awesome. Spoiled our boy with treats afterward. Definitely going back!

Awesome experience giving Leo (ChowChow) a bath at Pet Planet. We love the private room. The staff there are also great & very helpful!

First time to visit and we were very pleased. Emily was very pleasant and made my two nervous babies feel at ease. Enjoyed the cleanliness and privacy given to make it a great experience.

We used the pet wash. The staff member was very helpful since it was our first time using the facility. The wash station was large enough for my daughter's Great Dane to turn around in. He enjoyed the treat he was given by the team member. Thank you!

This was my first time here. went to give my dog a bath. Emily went above and beyond to help me. But the coolest thing was my dog fell in love with her. Poor Emily got waaaay more doggie kisses than she prob wanted but next time I go my dog will be much more willing thanks to his memory of being treated so special by Emily. Great experience!!

GREAT place to bring your dog in for a do-it-yourself wash! Private room with tub, harness, shampoo, sprayer & dryer. Enthusiastic employee showed us how to use everything beforehand. She even gave our doggie a free treat to entice her into the walk-up tub. Fantastic price too....far better and faster than pricey groomers and easier than arm wrestling doggie at home in the bathroom tub. We'll be regulars!

Was at great clips next door when the ladies who work here walked by my husband standing outside with our dog and told him to stop in for a free treat. We decided to go in once I was done at great clips, and it was the BEST experience ever. I have a very very picky puppy who has not eaten the last 6 foods I have bought from Walmart or petsmart. I’ve even gone to lengths of spending $70 on a bag of food but still no luck. I left Pet Planet spending about $40 on a smaller bag of food with pumpkin purée and some raw meat and food toppers for my dog. My puppy has eaten three bowls of food since this morning with a 10 minute licking the bowl clean afterwards. The ladies who helped us for 30 minutes figure out all solutions for a good food for her were absolutely knowledgeable and very kind. I will definitely be returning for more and more!

love this place. employees are always so helpful & welcoming & their treat selection is the best. super grateful they're open late, too! side note: please don't come in here bashing the establishment and other patrons for not wearing masks. if YOU need or want to, do it. isn't that the point since they work so well? yours should be protecting YOU, right? don't push your choices onto other people. or stay home and order online.

Today I groomed my boys at the pup spa. It was very clean, convenient, and affordable! I love grooming them myself. However, I do not enjoy the mess in my bathroom following. Thank you Pet Planet! Dukes Roscoe and Rocky thank you too!
