These guys helped me out BIG TIME!! I noticed my tire was losing air super fast so I popped in at the Pep Boys on Country Club/Southern and these guys were super professional, quick and convenient. Pep boys will be the only place I’ll take my vehicles for repairs from now on and you should too!!! Highly recommended! thanks to Ray and his team!

I highly recommend this location the manager ray and all the technicians that work here they did a great job with fixing my car I am super happy and satisfied with the service they provided and I will definitely be going back for any of my mechanical issues I may have in the future thank you all so much for all your hard work

The best pepboys in the area, the work was fast and efficient and even have a great for my tires after my oil change!!! I’ve been to a few locations and this one has the most professional employees and respectful and trustworthy. Thank you Josue <3 Christeah.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PEP BOYS: Why? 1) Installed 6 year old tire as new. 2) Offered $100 rebate on set of 4 - when processing rebate I qualified for $25! I called The Rebate Center. They emailed me a different ad than I saw online - online it stated $100 rebate - emailed ad stated up to $100 rebate - I am a small business owner and run the "Up To" promotions - Their ad did not state "Up To." Dirty dirty dirty business.

I have used many different auto shops across the valley and I always get the best service from Ray at this location. He is always very professional and will go the extra mile to make sure customers are taken care of. I h recently had a battery issue and he took care of me no questions asked. I highly recommend this location to have your vehicles serviced.

Would never go back here again. Ray who waited on me is the most unfriendly tech I’ve ever encountered. I had an appointment today for a Hertz fleet car I am currently driving for a pre approved oil change and headlight that hertz called in all the info for payment a day before and Ray confirmed to me he had what he needed from them when I dropped off the vehicle. When I never hear back about my vehicle being done if not,,. Ray then tells me hertz wouldn’t pay what the charge was for the headlight so they didn’t do that because what kind of business would they be if they didn’t get paid for what the charge was?? .. what??. Why not call me , the driver, so could I get on the phone with hertz to see the issue? Poor communication, poor service. This is the 2 nd pep boys I’ve dealt with in the Mesa area…never again. I’ll go back to Midas and Discount Tire as I never have those issues there..

I've been going to Pep Boys for 6 years Never had any problems but the location I always go to shut down so I decided to give this location a try. Wish I didn't lolRay was the person on the register but he had the worst customer service of anyone I've ever encountered. Ray told me I needed a list of work done on my car quoting me over a thousand dollars for just one of the services. I told him I had someone I could have look at it and hopefully have it done cheaper and that set him off. He then charged me $130 for an oil change which I said I thought was a lot. It was rang in as a managers special rather than an oil change which I thought was weird. Ray then got defensive and rude that I thought the prices were high and since he was acting so weird when I said that..so I said it makes me wonder if I'm young and getting over charged. He then got close to me and started arguing in my face. When I replied he got even closer in my face and said "say it to my face". I replied I would like to get out of there. He told me he hoped I had an ugly weekend. I told him not as ugly as you and your customer service.Ray then couldn't figure out a coupon and accused me of already using it, I proved I had just receive it and so he had to go get a coworker who had to explain it to him. Then complained about me to his coworkers in front of me. He should not be employed at any place of business especially not in charge of payments of people's car service. Way too big of a responsibility for Ray who can not handle it. He needs to get checked in to a nursing home. People who act like that towards others need 24 hour watch. If Ray is working I think it's best you leave and find somewhere else for your own safety.

Quick service for tire pressure checks. They took the time to listen and double check using a different pressure gauge when the car said a different pressure than their first reading.
