Went there to purchase a IwatchI asked 2 employees if the watch was Apple locked (usually there is a sign if there is) they both said no, so we purchased the watch,not one person turned it on to show it worked they just did the sale it was (close to closing) and provided a charger. Got home only to find out it was Apple locked called next day was told to come up thereAfter they checked it was locked they provided a partial refund and called it a restocking fee, was told someone would follow up haven’t heard a thing!Def bad for business

I would give them 1 star if I could. Watch out because I purchased a ring for myself as a Mother’s Day gift and found out it was fake gold. Once I called to see if they could refund they refused. It’s sad that places like this can’t even be trusted.

Nice store well laid out.Great employees especially Leanna. Good amount of stock of each item.Genuine and friendly.And does very well to work with customers.All in all I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

I love going to Pawn 1st when needed. John is a excellent person to work with, great customer service. He is very helpful and knowledgeable on things. Everyone else at this location is great as well. This is a great place to go to and they have a great layaway service as well.
