I came in here for a birthday present for my husband I purchased Xbox S Series I was extremely excited about it on the day of I went to go pick it up and the controller was wrapped in Saran Wrap with the cords so I didn't really get to see the controller when I unwrap the present and everything there was no back on the battery pack of the controller they had already closed and everything and so I had to present my present that way to my husband I went to the store later today and I asked them why there wasn't a back on the battery pack of the controller and they said that they don't always come that way I can go look for one for you I told you that I was buying this as a present you couldn't find me a back to the controller when you put when I purchased it like I really you really couldn't find one for me but you can find one for me now but you couldn't find me one when I purchased it so and then it was oh well I'm sorry have the day you deserve don't I deserve a complete controller cord and the Xbox I purchased cuz that's what I was promised poor service even worst customer service when it came to my problem I will never buy here again
Update my husbands controller had stopped working I called up spoke to the woman very nice this time I said that I could come and exchange my controller no problem she ended up giving him his favorite color and it came with a back this time thank you very much for remembering me thank you very much for your kindness today they definitely redeemed themselves

Whenever I come here, I always feel welcomed and get great deals. The employees, Miguel, Jasmine, and the manager, Jackie, have great customer service. Even on very busy days, there is always someone to help me. This is the only pawn shop I would go to. I've been to many others, and this one is the only one I feel comfortable in.

The girl Jackie in here is rude, I was looking to get something for myself and because I came in with others instantly tried to make them do a background check. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Shout out to Jasmine! She was extremely helpful. I got sold an engagement ring that was no longer needed :/ but she was super helpful and the price was extremely fair. Gold, guns, electronics, what ever you need this place has it.

We've been going to this pawn shop for 4 years now and never experienced a rude employee. They were always professional. We have pawned some items and sold once and I say that when we sold a complete set of golf clubs and the bag, we received very little, I would say $15. Which wasn't even near what it costed, yet we still came here because when we did pawn we received what we were wanting. They are definitely flexible with payments and we haven't had any issues with them so far. We still have our rings and necklaces pawn and I'm hoping we get them back in the same condition we brought them in. When we have taken them out we didn't see any issues with our items.

So far, I've bought two fake things from the store they tried to pass off as real. Be careful. I bought a pair of Yeezys that were fake and a pair of Airpods that were fake. So i am 0/2 with them, so I am done.

I had brought in an Xbox one S and right when I walked in (I didn't even place my item down at the counter yet) and they told me they can ONLY do $30 SMFH. I laughed in their face and just walked out. I'd rather go to Gamestop 🤣
