The staff in this pawn shop are some of the most amazing, caring, understanding, and real people who have had life's ups and downs they get it it.I almost lost my ring,this.is not. just Gold and Dimonds but so much more.I missed my due date by a day and we thought it was gone but the staff went to the main boss and saved my ring from the melting pot with kindness and understanding. Thank you

This pawnshop is a scam any item you bring to pawn they will try to lowball u and only offer 10$ for the pricing I pulled up the prices of the used item I had and they tried to argue with me and tell me it was not the same exact item I had they try to get over on people and their very rude if ur not trying to purchase I firearm I highly recommend staying away from this pawnshop it’s not worth your time or money

Pawn Now falls short of expectations on multiple fronts. The manager's penchant for blaring "Everybody Loves Raymond" on an ancient TV set makes for an unpleasant atmosphere.
Not only is the manager unhelpful and unfriendly, but the overall cleanliness of the shop leaves much to be desired. While I don't expect luxury from a pawn shop, the lack of basic courtesy and hygiene standards is disappointing.
If you're in the market for a stereotypical, low-quality pawn shop experience with subpar customer service, Pawn Now fits the bill perfectly.

Terrible customer service.
Spoke with a heavy set Hispanic guy who looks like he doesn’t get any sleep and hates his job, has short and rude comments, probably thinks he’s tough because he has a gun on his hip.
