I needed to borrow on some jewelry, short term. I have to say, the person at the counter was just rude. No smile, no respect. Seemed to act like I was beneath them. I hate to bring my jewels in anyways, but was in a bind. $11,000 worth of jewelry, only willing to loan $1200. $7500 watch with letter of appraisal...$400 loan. I called to try to get pay off so I knew how much cash to bring. Wouldn't give me pay off over the phone. Just a very disapponting experience.

Well, to be perfectly honest with you. Walked in the store They don't sell anything here. They only intake even though they're big. Sign. Says buy sell so on so forth. That being said, it's OK. However, the gentleman when we walked in was sitting behind a counter. Not very pleasant, we asked where they may be selling anything at. He told us it's about 12 miles away. We asked for the directions he looked at us like we were stupid. /address asked him to write it down or give the 2 us. And it was like it was a problem. He finally give us a piece of paper and made it. Write it down ourselves to those who wish to have a horrible experience. Feel free to stop in and greet this. Not so happy employee have a great day

Not even a shop, transactions and cash only. Have to go to a different establishment 15 miles away to actually buy and receive items

This location does not have in store shopping. It is only a pawn merchandise or pick up your pawned item location. They have a separate location to which you can shop for the business's merchandise that is in Mesa, AZ off of Mesa Drive.

They are THEIVES with a capital T and they will rip you off not to mention they are absolute liars. They might make it look legit and honest at first but take my word you don't want to go there. Consider that as a warning.

Don't go by any good reviews on these people. They are in it for their own gain and will rip you off like there's no tomorrow. Absolutely the worst pawn shop there is. Consider this a warning. They are trash.
