I had a great experience shopping at PA Mesa division on E. Main St, the personnel was very professional and knowledgeable. I went in to place an order for rear shock assemblies. The brand I wanted was currently not in stock but said they could have them there in two days. Well they followed through and they were there for pick up. I wanted to thank you for your help in this time sensitive order, I am very grateful. Thank you.

Called in yesterday morning 1/23/23 @ 7am.for a part. They had it delivered to · 7220 E Main St. I told the guy on the phone I'll be there after work at 4pm to pick it up. When i got there they couldn't find the part after 10mins of searching i was told they sold the part.

If you want to receive good customer service do not.....DO NOT go to this store!!... I rarely leave one star reviews but this warrants for it. This is the 3rd time I've been into this location on Main street in Mesa, and each time was a rude experience from the staff. Each time I walked in with a smile and a warm greeting of "Hi....how are you?" and all I get back is a blank stair with a look of "what do you want??"...like I'm Inconveniencing him at work. I'm referencing to the heavy set guy who sits at the front counter with a long white beard. Sir...If you don't have a Passion for people or at least even willing to act like you tolerate customers.... please don't sit at the front desk.Sincerely,Not Your Customer Anymore!

I visit Auto Parts stores several times a month, but never knew there was a Parts Authority nearby. I went in, asked if they sold tools and the young man behind the counter opened a book and went right to the tool I was looking for. He said he could have it in a couple of hours, and they did. These guys know what they are doing, and very responsive and they work as a team. I did not have to wait for the young man, who ordered the tool for me, to get the tool I ordered, one of the other gentleman knew who I was and what I ordered and was able to get me on my way quickly. It looks like I might be bypassing the other chain stores and heading to Pa from now on! Great job guys!

Came in with cloth mask and told I was not allowed in and needed an actual mask. Didn't know there was different types of masks, and only heard most places need face covering. Wont come here again!! Horrible service up front
