The Park of Canals offers a diverse range of amenities for visitors. The playground is well-built and highly rated, providing a fun experience for children. The picnic area features simple tables and grills, though the presence of feral bee control traps in the garden may be a concern. The park also boasts a small botanical garden with various plants and cacti, as well as interesting critters for visitors to observe. Additionally, the park has a walking trail and a history that intrigues visitors. While the restrooms have received mixed reviews, with one described as "horrible," the park overall provides a peaceful and enjoyable setting for both people and their furry companions.
Nice place to drop in on to see various plants and cacti; some interesting critters; and sitting at some nice tables under cover.

This park is a 2 minute drive from my house. I take granddaughters to the kids area which keeps them busy.
