Very personable when we dropped off my ring and necklaces. BUT.... it took 6 phone calls and 4 trips to the store and over 2 months to have my appraisal and necklaces finished. I was told repeatedly that they are so busy...when I dropped off the jewelry, I was told 1 to 2 weeks for everything to be complete. I would definitely not recommend OT Jewelrs

I went there to get some links removed from my tennis bracelet. The service was warm and friendly, and they completed the work on the day promised. They did an amazing job! I will be back for any other jewelry work needed.

After they supposedly fixed my watch. The repair broke within minutes of wearing it. When confronted about it, they refused to repair correctly. Complete waste of my time and poor customer service.

I Used to work with Jessy next door fixing his computers and met the Jewler many years ago. The owner made my custom wedding and engagement rings 13 years ago. Last year my wife stopped in and he was able to do a minor repair overnight without any issue.This is your Jewler. I recommend completely.

I took a chain of my mother's that the clasp needed replaced on into this little shop because I happened across it, not because I knew of it or it was recommended to me. It wasn't crazy extensive work I needed, but this little family owned/operated jeweler and repair shop did great, fast, and affordable work while providing me a neat little place with some cool pieces on display for me to look at while I waited.Jesus did the work and was excellent. My mother was so excited when I surprised her with it. Thank you for that. I will be back gentlemen!

Listen to me, and listen well. Jesus was too legit for me, my wife and I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and patient man to help us. Whenever something went wrong he reached out right away and made sure that our product came out to our standards. he spent on the first day 1 1/2 hours helping us and going through page after page of rings. I have to say that we have picked out the best possible ring for us, within our price range and of the quality that we wanted. TERRIBLE!!! I recently brought a Miami Cuban link bracelet in for a simple sizing and walked out with a trashy hack job. My matching set no longer matches, the polishing job changed the luster and they no longer match. I have tooling marks all over the 2nd link in from the clasp, marks on both sides of the link, they tried to "buff" it out and did a sloppy job on that as well. My brand new bracelet now has 2 bent links from whatever they did to it. Went back and the son took absolutely no accountability for destroying my new Sterling Silver piece. This was a matching set, no more than 1 day in my hands. I closley inspected both my necklace and bracelet when I first purchased from a different supplier. They were MINT condition except for a slight twist when hanging straight down. Please don't go here if you place any VALUE on your jewelry. BEWARE!!! You have been warned.

I was walking around waiting for my food order to be ready at the All Pierogi kitchen when I saw this place. I had been looking for a jeweler to reset my stone in my wedding ring (the first guy inside Mekong who did it did a very poor job) and to solder my wedding bang and wedding ring together. The jeweler at OT jewelers did both for an amazing price! Very happy with the outcome and strongly recommend supporting this business.
