Chris, the wonderful employee at this location (in my opinion) is a genius for thinking outside of the box. It was not my battery, starter, etc. that was causing my car to not start. Chris deducted it was as simple as a dirty, dusty key ignition slot and the key itself. He picked out the products & even did the cleaning. This would’ve been a very different story had I gone to the Honda Dealership. I’m so impressed with his kindness and generosity…. O’Reilly you are so lucky to have an employee such as Chris!!!

Shawna was the kindest person I every met working at a Auto parts store! Definitely all the staff here are super friendly! She helped me with out so much ! One of my used oil containers lid failed . My son and i went in today for a dead battery in his car. Michael helped us out and changed the battery and cleaned the connectors. He was so helpful and so nice! Thank you so much!! We will def go back for anything else we need.
