The manager took the time to resolve the problem l had with a warrantied product and adjusted the cost of a OEM replacement which corrected problem.

I have been shopping here for the last 5 years but like everywhere else I’m not sure what’s going on with this new younger generation. When you go in, it takes an act of congress to get the young guys off of their phones and out from behind the counter. Obviously they were trained wrong and need to be retrained by their manager about personal cell phone usage. And lack of motivation. I was in there a couple weeks ago as well and witnessed one of the younger guys riding an empty pallet jack Putting his foot down and pushing his way along like it was a skate board.I wonder what osha would think of that. Totally unprofessional. They don’t even deserve 1 star. I had to click one star to leave a review otherwise it wouldn’t post.

Associates Stephanie & Malcolm both answered the phone and pretended like they couldn’t hear me 4 times back to back this morning on 11/28/23. My phone is working fine. Unbelievably rude.

Went in to buy a rear wiper for my 2019 Toyota C-HR. Young lady was friendly. I asked if they would put the new wiper on, she said yes. We went out, she had trouble so she went back in, came back out, still could not take off the old wiper. She went back in, that was the last I saw of her. A thoughtful customer was leaving and asked if I needed help. He went on his phone for reference, replaced it in no time. I failed to offer him a reward. I am so sorry. I won’t be back. 8/4/2023

You ever go to these auto parts stores and just sometimes seems like the guys don't want to help you this is not that place this is one of the nicest Auto Parts I've ever walked in and they're ready to help you assist you they even help me put the piece back on my car not even my car my kids but they were just outstanding in service and quality if you guys haven't been to O'Reilly's stop in and check them out they are by far the best in customer service and the products are fantastic new customer for life
