The manager took the time to resolve the problem l had with a warrantied product and adjusted the cost of a OEM replacement which corrected problem.

My car was dead, the battery was under warranty.. there was no charge...Chris put the battery in for me..I was on the road in 20 min... great experience.. thank you so much!!
