Horrible customer service. I came in to buy a battery, the woman was with another customer checking him out at the register and they sat there and talked for 25 minutes about random things that had nothing to do with what the man was there for. I said excuse me once and she completely ignored me. I literally stood there just to see how long it would take because I could not believe she was acting like I was not even in there. When I got to 25 minutes I just walked out. Extremely unprofessional and rude. My family will never be using them again.

Some products that I have purchased are way overpriced. Simple Green 21$ for a gallon. 10 bucks more than the competition. Air nozzle with gauge. 30$. 10 bucks more than the competition. Down the street. What givith?

My battery was going bad, so I thought, and the man who helped me was really great. He was honest with me about pricing batteries and was even willing to tell me that if they weren't in my price range, I could go to Walmart as a cheaper option. I appreciated that he recognized and was respectful of the fact that money was tight and I needed something else.
