The purple haired parts associate here needs to find another job. 100% incompetent at finding parts under warranty. Had to go dig through my past receipts to get an item warrantied and come to find out that item was under warranty under the same phone number I told her to search under. For a hub store, they should have parts associates that know the system in/out 100%. Thankfully when I went back, I spoke to a man who knew what he was doing.

Well, the truth is that it is better for me because there are more cashiers who serve you better than other auto parts and the parts they sell are good. I have no complaints about how everything has turned out for me.

I went to O’Reilly last week to ask for help with a headlight issue and they helped me right away. Especially after AutoZone said they were unable to help me. An associate helped me right away and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be back soon and I will not go to AutoZone from now on. Excellent customer service ????
