In the chronicles of my culinary escapades, One Stop Nutrition unfurled a most perplexing chapter. Lo and behold, as I quaffed a meal replacement elixir within those hallowed halls, the Gilbert goons emerged like rascally imps from the shadows, liberating me of my coin purse thus making me drop the elixir. A dance of the highwaymen ensued! Seeking solace in the arms of the manager, I found instead a custodian of shakes with a heart as cold as a dragon's lair. Refusing to replenish my spilled potion, he stood firm, casting me into a pit of culinary despair. Lost a gracious customer that day.

Shakes are always 10/10 here and everybody that works there is super cool and even recommended me to now my favorite pre I’ve took by far. Highly recommend ?

The showed up to my gym, unannounced without permission of the property manager. Put flyers on my car and cracked my windshield. Called to speak to a manager. The manager Jeff was rude. Interrupted me and hung up. Time stamps and call times to prove it. Refusal to allow me to speak to someone other then him, speaking over me when asking questions about resolving issue. Continue to say my full name in condescending tone to intimidate on a recorded line. Jeff feel free to have a higher up contact me and I will respond to them with the recording of you acting a fool

I went in for a shake today, June 29th and I paid with card and couldn’t tip? THEY WERE AMAZING and deserved to be tipped so here I am with an amazing review, I was feeling rough today and all 3 of the guys working made me feel so much better, they deserve a raise, thank you so much❤️??

I never found a one stop that wasn't 5 stars or above. All the stores are helpful. This location I visit the most and they go above and beyond the call of duty.

Go here a couple times a week, great shakes and friendly staff. They have stepped it up since many of the bad reviews with new management.

I order the same shake everytime and it just keeps getting more expensive. I paid $9 for a shake today and its just not worth it to me anymore. Wish they were consistent with their pricing and how they make the shakes, it never tastes the same.

I go to one stop every day pretty much. I haven’t visited this location in a long time and I have to say, I had a wonderful day and enjoyed the experience. I unfortunately didn’t have my shake fully blended. But still great customer service, the others aren’t so nice to me. I call in my orders and get attitude constantly but these two guys were extremely nice and took the necessary extra steps to make sure my super long order was correct. So thank you to whoever worked the night shift on 04/13/22 at 6:30pm haha just wanna give credit where it’s needed.

On 09/28 I bought a post workout shake after leaving the gym. As I was driving home a chunk came through my straw. I thought it was coconut so I bit down only to pull a piece of earring from my mouth. Not only did I want to puke because of how disgusting this was, I was concerned because I let my 2 year old daughter share some of the drink. When I got home I dumped the remaining shake out into a bowl and found the rest of the earring at the bottom. When I called the Greenfield location and asked for a manager they told me he was not in store. I explained what happened and they replied with "oh that's weird." They acknowledged it was gross, but that was it. I never received an apology. The only thing I was offered was a replacement shake, which I declined. I ended up calling back and leaving my number for a manger. The manager called later that day and was about as useful as the employees working the store. I am so disgusted and will never go back to that location after this experience. They have video at the store above where the shakes are made. The manager refused to explain what was on it or let us watch it. We contacted the police and health department. This establishment is an embarrassment to our community and the owners should be ashamed.

They made my shake wrong, I clearly said banana and strawberry and then when I tried it it was peanut butter so I asked for a new one they said no. Never coming back. Go to any other one stop other then this one. Horrible ownership!!

Visited the location today. I purchased a protein shake for $8.15 and it was disgusting. Literally had to throw it straight in the garbage after leaving there. If I wanted to consume a stool sample, I could have supplied it myself.
