Omg, where do I start? When the woman who worked there helped me out, it was wonderful. She ALWAYS helped me and did it beautifully. I drove 20 minutes to get copies there every time because of her. Every time I go there lately, there are two men who don't help. In fact they look bored. I just wanted ten copies. Just ten. I can't use the machine because it shrinks my image. In the time it took for this one dude to take down my order, he could have filled it. He said I'd get a text when it was ready the next day. I didn't get a text. When I picked it up, the order was WRONG. He took five minutes to take my order. How can he get it wrong??? If he had done it right then and there, he would have gotten it right because he appeared to understand. Geesh. Now I'm home with the wrong order and now I have to return tomorrow (third time!) It's going to cost more in gas than the stupid order.
Update: they just fixed my order and it sounded like they were about to charge me more to fix it!!! Apparently I was charged the mistake price and not the card stock price and the guy pointed that out. When I pointed out how much it cost me to make copies there in the first place he shut up about charging me more, didn't apologize for the inconvenience, and just said people make mistakes. Yes, he fixed it, but zero apologies and just a "here now go" attitude. Never ever coming back here.
Update #2: just in case anyone thinks I was rude and acting like a Karen, I was not. In fact, I'm stupidly nice enough to say thank you to the AH guy who was dismissing me (I'm so pissed at myself for letting him walk all over me with his attitude). I'm angrier now than I was yesterday. He said two or three snide remarks I didn't post here or even respond to while I was there getting my order corrected.

I have been a customer for 10 years and do a decent amount for my business in printing. Today was the last straw. I brought in the art work and was told when they tried to pawn off a laminated sign in a washed out orange color not the HOT PINK that was provided in the art work - told me I need to go see a graphic designer cause the stores fancy new printer doesn't print in PINK and that washed out orange is what the printer thinks in PINK. NOPE!!! Refund issued and I went to STAPLES - guess what? They can print in PINK and I saved $3 in the overall cost. Dont bother going to ANY Office Max/ Depot. They're all going down hill.

Needed to email & printout a few documents & just make A few copies! No biggie I can handle that on my own. Only they would only except credit or debit cards for payment! When all I had was cash. They said I could purchase a gift card, but none of they're prices were listed anywhere? So I wouldnt know how much I'd need to load& whatever I didn't use I couldnt get back! Was told the lady at the counter could take cash but I'd have to pay her to do it for me! Very rude unprofessional! If she can take cash if I pay her then they should take cash for me doing it myself! What A scam to tell people you dont accept cash for self service but will if they pay extra for someone to do for them, what they can do for themselves! Everything in the store is way over priced. And I know they can take cash for self service printing cause they've done it before! I wont be coming back to this store again! They just lost A longtime customer over an employee trying to overcharge their patron and not offering services that are available just so she can make A few extra bucks! I dont reccomend this store if your looking for honest integral service! I've called Staples and they have no problem with accepting my business no matter what form it comes in!

I called June 16, 2023 at around 11am wanting help with my order to place online on their website and the manager hang up on me as a client very rudely, refused to help me since "She has no tendency to work with me over the phone" WORST SERVICE EVER. office depot should not be appreciated hiring such employees to deal with their clients. I vote with my money and no matter how urgent, I will not use their franchise again.

This is a joke for printing services. Had flyer made by them then they can't even find it. They can't even tell you how much 100 copies of 8x11 color prints are. Was in store forever Mangwr just made excuses. They are so poor No wonder why everyone shops online today. Worse untrained staff ever. They will be out of business in next 5 years. I mean I'm not the only one they have a yelp 2.5 rating. Brutal.

I had a rewards certificate, which is in that app as a scannable qr code, and the cashier wouldn't take it because the "register didn't show rewards"...I never have an issue with the other locations scanning it as the system that shows up on the register is not always accurate. And I know how this all works because I worked at several different locations until recently

It was a little hard to find help (there were enough workers but it seemed that everyone needed help at the same time), but when it was my turn the help was great!

Was using the copier and had a problem, the 2 people behind the counter where the copies are made totally ignored me when I asked for help. Took 2 people that arrived after I had my problem, took care of them! Really?!! Thanks for NO HELP!

These 5 Stars are for the Printing Associate/Employee that helped me yesterday--Kim. She was so incredibly patient, professional, helpful, and kind! I went all around the area trying to find the best printing places to get my art printed at. I had really unfortunate luck at other printing services so I was already kind of crabby and high strung when I got there. She was like a breath of fresh air. I could tell I had kind of a handful of a project but I could see her take a literal breath and then help me with it. She helped me right until closing and kept such a kind and wonderful disposition. The manager I think it was? Was kind of weird and really off-putting, so if I were to rate the overall store it would be lower. I want to emphasize it is KIM that is carrying y'all's rating. The manager hovered in an uncomfortable way and I just got a really uncomfortable vibe. Thank you, Kim!
