This place is great! I had my heart set on custom steps being put on my van that honestly, probably shouldn’t have gone on it in the first place ??. But, I was very persistent and rather than just tell me to go somewhere else, Justin and Chris were very supportive on helping me find a solution. And after many calls to ORW and hours of research, I was able to find brackets that would work! They were able to get them installed the same day and the finished product looks great!!! This place is officially my “go-to” spot for any aftermarket accessories. Thanks for all your hard work, guys!!!

I had a great experience. Wanted to lift my truck and get new tires and rims. Didn't want to completely sacrifice ride and still needed to be able to haul a 5th Wheel Trailer. Worked with Chris Siewert who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through numerous options and outlined pros and cons of each. Really happy with the expertise and service. The truck looks fantastic and rides great. Off Road Warehouse Team is "Top Notch"!

Not the friendliness place. There's a lot of other offroading places to bring your vehicle to. At the beginning, I had a hard time for a follow up about getting the price and to bring my 4x4 in to have work done.

I bought a lift, wheels, tires, struts, and lug nuts and spent over $8000 and everything was wrong I had to rebuy everything and they didn't want to refund money for the wrong parts. I just was back in today to pick up my wheel and tire after having to get a tire covered under the road Hazzard warranty and they called me to tell me my wheel was bent and couldn't balance it and I needed a new wheel when I stopped in to see the damage there was none only problem is they are to dumb to mount tires properly and the management is to dumb to have any customer service I will never spend another dollar at this place. Do yourself a favor and find another store for your parts, tires, wheels, and accessories and definitely do not use their service department!

Buyer beware! I’ve dropped my truck off there twice now, and the most recent time was horrible. I got a front bumper installed and they kept trying to push back the time it would be ready. The truck was dropped off at 9:00AM and by the time 4:00PM came around they asked if they could have the truck until 10:00AM the next day. Before dropping off the truck I told them numerous times I needed it done by the afternoon because I’m leaving town. Clearly they wouldn’t listen. Finally at 5:30PM I was able to pick up the truck. The worst part of the entire thing was the cost. I was originally quoted $550 for install, and my final bill was $1,000+. Justin and Corey the sales guys are great, but that doesn’t justify the cost nor the way I was treated when I dropped my truck off. Do not give these people your money!

Off Road Warehouse did an excellent job installing a lift on my 2013 Tacoma. The truck needed new lower and upper control arms from years of wear as well as a new rack and pinion. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came time to getting everything done. Truck was finished in a timely manner for a very fair price!
