I've used Ocotillo for three projects now: They remodeled my guest bathroom converting a tub into a walk in shower, they retiled the floor in my kitchen/family room and finished up with tiling the backsplash in the kitchen. In all instances their installers were true pros on time, worked clean, and paid attention to detail. They are in my rolodex for the next remodeling project that rolls around.

Well it's been one year since Ocotillo flooring tiled my shower stall. They had to do it 2x originally. Today I had to re -grout about 9 feet of the corners. I'd never call them again. Crappy workmanship!

This company is a joke! They were pushed onto me by Floor and Decor. There has to be some financial situation why they would push this company. My tile has to be shipped in and will take 3 to 4 weeks for me to get it. Ocotillo Flooring Services decides today that unless I put up a deposit of 1/2 of the project, I won't be scheduled to install for at least 4 weeks after the tile is here. They are trying to extort money upfront. I know you have to put a deposit down before work begins. They are trying to extort the money now. All kinds of red lights are flashing on this contractor. Maybe they are going broke but they claim this is good business. I have done hundreds of projects and know when you have a shady contractor. Here they are. Don't let Floor and Decor push them onto you. This company has complaints with the Better Business Bureau, complaints on Yelp and Google. They only care about themselves and money. The customer doesn't matter. Go look at the reviews. The reviews support that claim. They have not even laid my tile yet and have shown they are not a reputable company. Heed my advice from someone who has done hundreds of flips, GET A DIFFERENT COMPANY for flooring. They call a company called Installations Made Easy as their boss. Look very closely at this company also. Floor and Decor should be ashamed of them.

Ocotillo flooring flooring did it again! This time we had our upstairs flooring completed and Ocotillio flooring was amazing! Brian is amazing, the install crew is great, and looks like they are going to finish ahead of schedule! Brian worked with our budget and was respectful of our timeline!

Ocotillo replaced all of the floor and wall tile in 3 bathrooms and a large landing area and we are thrilled with the results. Working with their team was a great experience - they were polite, responsive and good listeners and communicators. They dealt with product pickup and delivery which took away a lot of stress and hassle. Shout out to Valeriee who was SO on it for the entire project - she handled the scheduling with our convenience in mind and kept me updated- super sweet and professional. Patricio our installer did beautiful, careful work, had invaluable suggestions, was incredibly tidy and just such a great guy. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with our remodel. Mitchell’s team of Edwin and Kelly were polite, timely, professional and respectful of us and our home. Both Edwin and Kelly were perfectionists. Mitchell did a wonderful job of coordinating everything. He would respond immediately to any questions that we had. I would highly recommend Ocotillo tile and would use them again in a heartbeat!

We remodeled our shower. Ocotillo was recommended by Floor & Decor. Amanda came to our house and quickly provided us with a labor quote along with a list for the materials needed to complete the job. This was a very easy process, and they did a professional job. Being able to purchase the materials and pay for the labor separately was very cost effective.Thank you!

I can't say enough about the service I received from Ocotillo Flooring. Brian was wonderful assessing our needs in our Park Model home and helped us select just the right flooring to give us a sound, heavy duty, and beautiful floor. Then there's the installation crew, headed up by MARCEL! He and his crew were punctual and sooooo professional. We had a mess to start with and they were able to turn it into a floor I am so proud of. Even when they ran into problems, Marcel handled it with grace. I could not be happier and you can't go wrong with this flooring company and this installation crew.

I met Ocotillo Flooring thru Floor and Decor where we purchased our products. Rene came out and he was very pleasant and provided an estimate which was reasonable. We opted to use them. The tile removal company that removed @ 600 sq. ft of existing tile amazing. Very little dust was left behind. The installer (only 1) was very nice but i would give him a B for installation, a B- for tile layout, and a C- for grouting. I have been around construction for 38 years and have installed tile on occasion and am well aware that one person, no matter how good you are, cannot grout 1600 sq. ft in 8 hours and do an amazing job! The 1/8” grout joints became 3/16” -1/4” and there was considerable grout left on the tile that my wife and I (retired) had to scrub. I paid the balance but was sure to let them know I was not fully satisfied. I am a snowbird and I traveled back recently and emailed them that I was in town if they wanted to send someone to understand my issue. No response!Service: Tile work installation

Ocotillo Flooring installed our kitchen backsplash last month. Edwin made a few suggestions to improve on the design (which I love), He has an eye for detail. The cuts are precise and the spacing is uniform. He was professional and kept our kitchen clean and protected. We love the results. The company was also great to work with and I will use their services again.

I was initially looking for flooring through Floor & Decor, however I was referred to Brian at Ocotillo Flooring via my family doctor who had just had his flooring done as well. I had a job of carpet removal and the installation of, at the time, an undecided type of floor. Brian was quick to set up an appointment and was very helpful about how the different flooring types would work with the rooms I wanted done. They did not keep in stock the type of flooring I ended up choosing, but Brian referred me to a few showrooms in town were I could view different options or get samples from. I ended up going with Jet Mist from Republic Flooring Once I had my choice, they provided a competitive quote, and promptly scheduled the delivery of the flooring. The installation process was excellent, with the installer (Roger) arriving on time and completing the job quickly and efficiently. The Jet Mist flooring they installed looked great and gave my home a fresh new look, and best of all NO CARPET. Throughout the project Brian and the office at Ocotillo Flooring maintained good communication and kept me informed, which was greatly appreciated.

Ocotillo came to my house to provide a free estimate when I went to the Floor & Decor store on 1604. The installer, Juan, did a wonderful job and he took the time and care to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. My kitchen had an odd little gap and he went above and beyond to match the trim on my vent hood. Really happy with the whole experience!Service: Tile work installation
