Norm's Watch Repair seems to be able to repair anything, including older watches, and unique brands. Their service is very professional, and their prices are reasonable. They are now my go to shop for watch repair battery replacement.

I have an Invicta watch that broke and I sent it to the manufacturer and they said it was unfixable. Norm’s watch repair fixed it and it looks incredible. I was actually shopping for a replacement and couldn’t find one at all, so I am extremely happy they were able to fix my watch. Excellent service and I am completely satisfied!

I took my automatic watch for cleaning and lubrication and it was in working condition. They said they would contact me in 2 days for the estimate. Instead they said they could not "fix" it. Odd because it was not broken when I gave it to them. They returned it to me and the watch sounded like something was rattling around inside. I am heartbroken because this watch was gifted to me by a dear friend who has since passed away.
