One of the very few service shops that will make appointments and actually be on time. My dealership makes appointments but its only to get scheduled "in line", not to get into the shop.

Repeat customer here. I do some of my own work on my vehicles but when I need something requiring a pro or equipment I don't have, or I'm too lazy ;-) I go to these guys. They took care of me despite a glitch in my appointment. These guys are fantastic. Thorough, and very competitively priced. Thumbs up to Zach at the front desk. They are a small mom and pop shop that do quality work and I highly recommend them.

Thorough, reliable, and over-the-top customer service. The only problem I had was that I rushed them a little bit and didn’t let them do the final test drive that they wanted to do, when they would have certainly caught the noise coming from the AC fan when it’s on high. I know that when I take it back to get that one little thing adjusted, they will be gracious and, responsive.

I had a front end shimmy in my Subaru. My car had 150,000 miles on it. In addition I had had a flat which I drove on and had repaired At a different facility. I was not sure whether it was the steel belt in the tire or potentially an issue with my front end. I brought my car in and new dimensions gave me two quotes. The First was for some front end work and the second was for replacing the shocks and struts. I spoke with the shop And they suggested having the front end work done while I could hold off on the struts. The front end work ran me right about $1000 which I felt was very fair.. I would highly recommend them. In addition They are fairly high-tech. They texted me the quote complete with photographs of the areas that they had a concern. I was pretty impressed.

I was tightening a license plate bolt and it snapped off. After spending a few days troubleshooting on my own I gave up. I called around to a few different spots in the area and they all said they wouldn’t be able to help. I dropped it off at new dimensions and they were able to figure it out and not charge an arm and a leg for the service. Will be bringing my service here going forward.
