Worst service ever while trying to secure a construction loan. They clearly don't communicate within the office and we have 4 different people working our loan request - and asking for the same documents over and over. It'll be weeks and we don't hear anything. As soon as we email for an update, a long laundry list request of the same documents comes over again. They have delayed so long I am forced to have yet ANOTHER credit report pulled. It's awful. Painful. It's been 9 months of working with these clowns. I can't wait until this is over. I would never recommend doing business with this bank

This banking system has changed it's mobile app. It is the worst I have ever used. Been with NBA for over 18 years. Am now looking around for a new bank. The local banks and their employees are all great. They have no control over what has been done. I would not recommend this banking institution .
