I went in and opened up an account one afternoon. I went back three weeks later and they said hello and remembered my first name. I’m impressed!

I called to ask if they would be able to cash a check off of their bank even though I'm not a bank account holder there. At first Pam was very nice but when I politely asked even if it's their bank she replied with a very snarky "we are not a check cashing company." Well, you work for a bank, so yes, that is one of your duties working at a bank is cashing checks. I was able to go to a different location who had a very kind employee who did cash the check for us. Everyone is going through things right now and the reply and tone of her voice I got was very discouraging, it doesn't take much to be kind to people whether it's over the phone or not.

I went in to open a checking account and was told they were short staffed and i would have to book an appointment. There were NO customers in the bank and NO customers at the drive thru. What?!?

Visited with my wife to get notary service, they made me wait in the car, and my wife had to wait over an hour. There were a total of 4 people in the building, including customers.My father in law also has had a terrible experience with their poor communication regarding service fees and a recent bank partnership change.I would suggest banking with someone else, based on my experience.

Terrible customer service arrived at 10:40 for a 10:45 appointment the covid lock down the door is locked. So I call the number and a rude lady answers the phone and ask me a bunch of questions as to why am I there. I explained for an appointment she says not here. A few minutes later in the 112 degree heat the door opens and she has her mask around her chin.....useless. She won't let me in and I tell her I have appointment with Geoff and I have email confirmation. No you don't so I waste my time to drive 25 minutes to deal with a rude teller. Never again closed that account absolutely the worst bank my experience yet and we have had businesses for 35 years.

Shopping for business friendly banks and I found it here. They were referred to me by a friend. They work hard to help you. Staff is always friendly no matter which branch I go to.
