Everything was great! But when I come in and exchange 28 items. Containing a. Pile concern counter 4 feet high in products like AF1 Yeezys Nike lulu lemon and a dozen jeans, then they hand you 68 dollars it creates this feeling like you just had some one go into your closet, take whatever they wanted and you were tied to a chair. Smh Worst part is some of the same products are priced at $68 for one thing so I don’t know where this algorithm is that they use but it needs to be adjusted to today’s market into what what they sell the product for. So this algorithm they used to develop a price is never accurate because the person inputting the information is actually judging a product based upon their opinion, and in the business world in today’s market 33% profit margin carry company to the promised land which is totally normal now when you get up to 100%, 200%, Margins. That’s a little concerning knowing that that are paying half of pennies compared to what they’re selling it for 28 items should not be times three I’m sorry I could’ve went to a different place of course but the lady was nice and kept a good conversation. That was the highlight of my experience and I almost disrespectful Offer, because I hate Goodwill, even more, if some other person in the store and indulge themselves in these products for a cheaper rate than by all means, but they need to raise their prices accordingly that they pay out so they’re not taking advantage of everyone and everyone time that they are giving his time free, and tho the store help people in times of need for cash. They also wouldn’t have a store if everyone stopped going to the stores to just get a little bit of money and they know that we’re in need of cash, so I employee to be wary of the offers that they may give you, especially if we’re going to drive from any other part of the town that Mesa , good riddance -#TwitterFingers

Kendall was amazing!!!! I loath clothes shopping. But I had lost a decent amount of weight (28lbs in 6-7 weeks thanks to being on Lexapro lol) and needed to finally just go and buy new jeans. I've always loved name brand exchange because they have high end jeans for the fraction of the price. Low n behold I ended up buying 4 jeans and 2 shirts for about $75. When I explained to Kendall why I hate clothes shopping she was such a sweetheart and helped me shop and find great jeans, 4 pairs to be exact . Kendall needs a pay raise for sure

Terrible place, I brang in a surpreme tee still in plastic never worn, brand new Air Force 1’s size 11.5 and some vans and Nike shirts. The lady had a very bad attitude and she offered me $21 for all over the items. How does that even make sense?? Easily over $500 worth of clothing and she had the audacity to offer me $21 for everything. Obviously the 40 percent cash or 50 percent trade is just a bait claim. I took all my items and left. It was a very good waste of an hour.

The ABSOLUTE WORST Buy/Sell/Trade retailer in the valley. ***Pay Attention to the reviews when it comes to selling anything. Literally offered me pennies for Top Current trending items. $80(by check not cash) for lightly worn Jordan 1’s, Brand New Digital Green Birkenstock shoes, Essential FOG sweatpants and a few other pieces. I checked the racks and you can find better “name brand” clothing at your local Goodwill. There’s nothing there but overly priced screen print T’s. Take Highest paid resale shop in AZ out of your store description! Leaving one star only because the sales associate was pretty nice but clearly doesn’t know fashion! I was so appalled at the selling price I don’t remember the reasoning for pricing me so low smh..Store needs a huge revamp! Do Not Recommend, Sorry.

I brought in six of the items I had out of the truck load. They offered me fifteen dollars for the six items and the boots alone I paid over a hundred and fifty dollars for. I don't expect that, but at least like twenty dollars comma you know they're gonna turn around and sell them for at least fifty. When I declined they said take all of it then, Kind of rude.

Not a great selection, "name brands" consistee of f21, h&m, fashion nova, etc with an occasional michael kors shirt. Cheap mass produced jewelry ... It's like a combo of five below and goodwill, fine for what it is but nothing special and prices aren't fantastic.

All they’re selling at this place is overpriced graphic tees. I come here to buy second hand name brand clothing. Not graphic tees you made with your cricket.

I have come to this store twice to purchase a backpack and jewelry. Neither time did anyone acknowledge or wait on me, honestly I am not sure they had staff the second visit. I will not come back since they don't want to sell the items. Poor, poor, poor customer service.

Apparently store policy is that they will only let you try on one shoe at a time. I even offered to let them hold my ID and phone while I tried them on in front of them and they said they couldn’t. Staff was very polite about it and it’s not their fault they are following such a stupid rule created by management. Seriously, for clearance second hand shoes? Come on.Maybe change your policy to where one can give ID before trying them on?Update: Thanks for the response and I am sorry the dregs of society are stealing from your business. Sucks even more that your staff has to deal with it. I like the $30 shoe rule idea as a solution. Maybe even ask for a CC/deposit/phone/car keys or something of value (which I offered). Either way, thank you for looking into a solution that benefits you, your employees, and the customer. :)

This place isn’t the best for selling clothes. I’ve brought in new clothes never worn, shoes with no creases, no scratches, no marks, jewelry still in the box. My girlfriend brought in new dresses she’s never worn or only worn once…still very clean no wear or tear no fading etc and was told that “the brand isn’t what they’re looking for and the “Condition”” ! In the mean time they have shoes with stains, creases and dirty laces on the shelf & faded clothes. I’ve had this experience multiple times. Definitely will be my last time going in there. From now on we’ll be giving out clothes for free to those in need!

Contrary to the name, I can never find cute or quality clothes here. Torn items being sold, many multiples of clothing, shoes that have seen better days. Store is a cramped unorganized small maze with loud crude music playing if you're lucky. If that's your vibe, you have found your shop. Personally I have given this place too many chances

The lady in there is extremely rude and unprofessional. Was talking to the gentleman and she just came out of no where giving us attitude for no reason. I will never come back in here straight up disrespectful.
