I was a past customer of Muralt's Jewelers for years. So I went there to have the clasp on my Omega necklace replaced. They called and said they could not get the same clasp and if they could put on a BOX clasp. I agreed. They did not put on the promised BOX clasp, but put on a clasp that spins, I did not agree to this clasp, they charged me $379.75. I was dumbfounded by the amount and paid it. I can't close the clasp. It spins and is so small, my husband can't put it on either. I went to the 3 jewelry stores, and they all said they could have gotten the original clasp. They also said I was way overcharged for the clasp that was put on, in essence I was ripped off. Muralts Jewelers said if they replace the existing clasp it would cost a lot more. I could have gotten a 4mm 14 carat gold BOX clasp at Gold Vampire for $203.00. I went back to Muralt's and told them and that I felt I was ripped off, they clearly don't care. I will NEVER EVER do business with them again.

I can't say enough about my custom made rings made special by Muralts jewelers .. my mother's ring made to perfection and worn proudly to my newly designed wedding ring.. I'm in heaven with these fine pieces of art on my fingers. I could not be any happier!! Thank you so much Matt!!

My fiancé and I have been looking throughout the Valley for wedding bands. After going to countless number of jewelers, we discovered Muralts. We weren’t even considering custom made bands. Most of the other places were all professional but very sterile and cookie cutter. After speaking with Matt, we immediately knew this was the place for us. Just a great experience and good “vibes”. Very affordable pricing, great communication, and AMAZING quality of work. A true artist!

I had taken my favorite ring for a second opinion, and I am grateful I did! I was advised by another local jeweler my emerald and diamond ring would need to be completely reset, and they couldn’t guarantee the same original design, as all the emerald prongs were cracked. I was so upset - this ring means a lot to my husband and I, and is intended to be passed to my daughter, down the road. Matthew explained they were not cracked, but could be repaired or new prongs created. He explained about the pro’s and con’s of oiling emeralds, and was intrigued when he found the original maker’s signature. He took the time to walk through all my options and I am so pleased with the results! He preserved the integrity of my ring designs, and safely repaired/cleaned. He’s awesome, and my husband will be back, because I loved his other custom work, particularly a jeweled dragonfly pin. 5+ stars!

I had two old gold rings that no longer fit so I brought them to o Muralt's to see what we could do. They came up with a great design and built an amazing new wedding band out of those two rings. They were great to work with, communicated well and made a beautiful one of a kind ring that means the world to me! I highly recommend Mauralt's.

I just received my bands for the custom made ring that Matt did for us. The entire ring looks amazing. It looked amazing when he created the ring for us, but now with the 2 bands with the ring, it is simply unbelievable. This man knows how to take your vision and create a one of a kind masterpiece. I was so happy to find Muralts! My husband had given me the wedding ring I had dreamed of for our 16th anniversary, and I had a slight mishap and knocked the center stone out and damaged it. I was devastated. And no one wanted to work on someone else's piece, but Matt, the owner was so nice! He said he could work his magic and fixed the stone and the prongs, it's so beautiful again! I took my wife's vintage wedding ring in because it was missing one of the diamonds. Matt provided a very fair estimate to fix it so we left the ring to have it repaired. The work was done quickly and was very well done.As an exceptional positive addition to my already good experience, when we went to pick up the ring my 6 year old son asked Matt about a toy car that was on display in the shop. Then Matt ended up gifting a toy car to my son! Such a generous guy!! :) His dog is also super nice so that was a bonus since we are big time dog lovers.I highly recommend taking any jewelry in to Matt if you ever need anything repaired and you can support a great local business at the same time.
