If you are looking for a company who can assistance you in helping someone apply for ALTCS, this company is great! Carol worked tirelessly and it seemed like we were the only ones who she was working for. The whole team is professional, thorough and efficient. They got the job done in the least amount of time. If there were road blocks Carol hit them head on They were all personable and kind. We believe they really care about us and not just for the job we hired them for.
We also hired this company for our Estate Planning. It was seamless, comprehensive and we believe all bases were covered. It was explained to us in every day language so we could understand what we were signing. We did not feel rushed and they answered all our questions.
I am not sure if there are enough words to explain how reassuring they all are and I am confident you will experience the same compassion from them.

Oh how we appreciate Montgomery & Associates! At a time that was very challenging and overwhelming they guided us along the way and made a task that seemed impossible, possible. We saw miracles happen and were able to take care of our sweet mother with dignity and grace to the end. Montgomery & Associates are knowledgeable and efficient! We love them and highly recommend them to everyone!

I had a full estate plan done for myself and Montgomery & Associates met and exceeded my expectations twofold. Estate planning can be a scary and daunting process, but Carol Montgomery made the entire process informative and enjoyable. I have very limited (basic) knowledge of estate planning and Carol took the time to explain things to me in a way I could understand. Carol pays close attention to detail and accuracy is one of her many strong suites. I would recommend my friends, acquaintances and family members to Montgomery & Associates for their Estate planning needs.

I have been referring to the Montgomery's for years now. Anytime anyone is on the fence of whether or not they can afford long term care assistance (caregiving, assisted living), I always recommend they check with Montgomery and Associates FIRST. The answer for folks not too familiar with these types of documents.My elderly mother had Montgomery and Associates draw up all her death-related paperwork a few years ago. It included every type of document I would need to handle her hospitalization and then her estate. While my mother was still alive she and i both had questions about a few things. All of the people at Montgomery took the time to answer, in language we could understand, all of our questions. They gave us both a written copy of all the paperwork and a USB flash drive. Upon my mother's death several years later, if I didn't understand exactly what a lawyer or title agent was asking for, one of their employees still worked with me. They were so much more helpful than the attorney I hired to finish things up that i wished I could have worked only with them.

Run to these people before it's too late I live in Miami and my elderly mother lived in Phoenix. I am the executor of her estate. Luckily for me, my mother had had these people draw up every document that could be needed at the time of one's hospitalization and death. The documents were so clear, the explanations so understandable and the accuracy so perfect that I am one of the few people who has had NO problems settling my mother's estate from 2,000 miles away. They are so easy to deal with and so generous and helpful with their time if anything additional comes up. I just wish I could have used them for everything and not have had to retain a lawyer for specific filings. Do yourself and your family a favor. I am so glad my mother did.
