This was my second visit; and first time with my spouse. If the you value excellent customer service, knowledge staff and pretty much everything you could possibly need from a smoke shop, look no further. With intentions of a quick stop, turned into a pleasant 35min visit and as the new owners of a glass art piece and Flower Mill 2.5” stainless series. We discussed the merits of a mill vs grinder and I can recommend the Flower Mill ?. Very nice piece of kit. If I didn’t know better, the experience would be the kind you can have in a small town. Easy, relaxed and friendly. Our visit was 8/24/24

Have now waited 4 (exactly 19 days *UPDATE* 6/20 Now 28 days to be exact) weeks for 1 glass bowl piece. Was also lied to by a customer service representative. Was told it would be shipping two weeks ago, yet the tracking still says it hasn’t even moved. I highly suggest never buying anything online from this company or anything period! Asking to cancel and for a full refund! I’ll update how that goes, but not holding my breath. *UPDATE* I have now been contacted by a representative from this company and instead of trying to make things right, he instead decided to be petty and down right rude! Below is some of the correspondence. Oh, any my order was originally submitted on May 23rd not the 28th (Have screen shot if anyone wants to see). **UPDATE**UPDATE** 6/20 Still have not received my product or my refund and all I’ve gotten is attitude and unprofessionalism.
“Your order was placed on May 28th, and your claim of "almost three weeks" is inaccurate, as it has been 19 days, not over 21 days. Unfortunately, because you assumed you were being scammed, (and because you did not perform your due diligence), we are choosing to report and remove your false Google Business reviews.
“we will not refund your order. We will decline any chargebacks you attempt to make with your banking institution, using the tracking number as proof of delivery, unless the tracking number shows it is lost in transit, (which is very unlikely), after the 4-week transit time period.
We will also refuse any future orders you attempt to make with us. “

Okay, last time I checked, 19 is “almost” 3 weeks is it not! 21 days 7 x 3 equals 21. I’ll just make sure to redo each of my reviews with the exact days of 19. I’ll be sure to also quote your email as I’m disabled and don’t appreciate the attitude in your message. I’ll make sure to highlight just how petty and unprofessional you are.
Below was what I was told after contacting their customer service the first time.
“Your order (#1164) is on its way to you and we anticipate it to arrive within 10-14 days on average.
Our international warehouse fulfills this item and the shipping terms are defined in the product description, (near the bottom, under the "Shipping Notice" tab).
Orders fulfilled from our international warehouses are typically processed in 2-5 days, and take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive.
Your tracking number has been applied this morning, and typically, tracking will not be updated until the order has entered the United States and has been scanned by USPS.”
So instead of accepting responsibility, they’re trying to but the blame back on me and bully me into being quiet! Well that’s not going to happen!

All the people that work here are friendly and knowledgeable. They give excellent recommendations when asked. I will keep coming back. They also give a Veterans discount if you have your ID.

I have been a customer of this location for about 5 years. Always friendly and lots of selection. Today I bought 2 iJoy vapes. One of the vapes just doesn't work at all and the other stays on indefinitely after taking a puff. I went back to the store immediately and they tell me that since I left the store they cannot help me. I will never shop here again. Enjoy my $40. Hope it was worth loosing a loyal customer.

After 6+ years of being a customer of Mojos, I can confidently not recommend them anymore. I went in 9/4 to purchase a new banger, first, the lady was super confused on what I was asking so she called victor at another store, I asked if their price on their site is honored in store which Victor confirmed. They had the same banger on the shelf yet she said it was different and tried to sell me a completely different set up, at that point I had to walk out.

Both employees working late shift were very awesome. Loved the fact that they werent pushy yet attentive to what i wanted. Bought 2 salt nic bottles & a gift for my wife. Very pleased with my experience
