They carry prefabricated stairs and rails. Fiberglass over what looks like scrap lumber. Was told just knock out plastic plugs in holes for bolts to put on the rail but some are inaccessible from the back. Hum...

They were able to order what I needed but took longer then expected due to them not ordering the correct product but they did make it right no questions asked except the right ones to be certain i got the correct items and super fast the second time around
