Don’t live here or stay here unless you like bed bugs and roaches. Law enforcement and EMS are always there for drug overdoses and drug issues. Mesa PD has told me they want that place to burn. Also management sucks and they are rude

If I could give no stars I would. Property is filthy. Rooms are infested by both roaches and bed bugs they also have a bee problem on site. I have been stung at least twice in my room. They use only watered down insecticide to treat maybe once a month. Owners are slumlords who only care about money. AC has stopped working at least 3 times since February and they don't actually fix it. Owners also will demand to keep your physical id in the office hostage if you owe them any amount of money.
Rooms: Rooms are infested with roaches and bed bugs. Also at least room 338 has a bee problem.
Nearby activities: Not a whole lot around to do
Noteworthy details: Infested with roaches bed bugs and bees.
Owners don't do a thing to get rid of them.

This place is usefully abhorrent! What grinds my gears is I had a friend visit me and Mike the proprietor approached us en route to my room and accosted us telling me I couldn't go to my room, that I was tresspassing! until I produced my room key then he aggressively told my guest she wasn't allowed to visit me!!!! So rude.. so very rude and unprofessional I WANT TO DEMAND A REFUND
Besides all that the room was nothing

This place is disgusting roaches all over n it smells like piss the ac barely works so it's hot and musty the staff is awful I can't believe this place is still in business and the funniest thing is it's over priced.

I didn't see any bugs, but this place is rough. You won't find a better place for the rate, though, especially for an extended stay.

This is supposed to be a landmark hotel but is now over run with not a good crowd. The rooms are bare, probably because items were stolen in the past. Bare minimum furniture, and what is there is ancient, broken, cracked, so dated. The prices are outrageous as well. A friend was staying here, I, personally would not stay here even if it were free.
Rooms: Decent size, what furniture is in there, bare min btw, is broken, cracked, dented, scratched.
Safety: Not a safe area unless you are a serial killer

It's a great place to get mugged, stabbed, and get illegal...ANYTHING!
It's an Extravaganza!!...Mesa PD spends so much time here, I think they have a sub-station nearby!...I'm NOT kidding!...AVOID! At all Costs!

We came to the motel and it looked torn up, so ghetto on the side of the motel some white old lady was buying drugs. The front desk lady sent us to another apartment place called silver Creek we went into the room we were looking at the rooms we thought it was sort of nice, then my eldest spotted mold, my husband spotted spores in one of the rooms and closest. We decided not to stay there and they wouldn't refund the money. My husband has the pics of all the spores and mold.
